彩涂板经切割、冲压、变形、粘结等多种用途。由于彩涂板外表面有涂层，在加工过程中有许多不同于普通钢板的零件。在加工过程中应注意避免损坏涂层，影响产品的外观和使用寿命。
剪切：尽可能地切割表面毛刺，在切割过程中去除金属粉末，将橡胶垫放在下面，以避免在着色和加工过程中损坏彩涂板的外观；B锯齿加工：在加工前，模具上有氧化物和锈。冲头和其他零件应去除；加工过程中的最佳温度应控制在5摄氏度以上。
如采用轧制，则采用硬质材料在轧辊表面制造轧辊（硬钢、模具钢等）或硬符号；压力加工：在压力加工过程中，应仔细选择彩钢板的基材和涂层类型，并注意加工。金属模具外观的润滑，和彩钢板应根据情况粘贴。
粘合涂层；粘合力：彩色涂层板可以机械粘合、焊接和粘合，但彩色涂层板的焊接设备和工艺尚处于研究和测试阶段，并不复杂。用户应该测试机械内聚方法的使用。多色镀膜面板的切断保护：在规划产品时，尽量切割成小阴影。
当镀锌板用作基板上的多色涂层板时，锌通常不用于保护，因为它对钢的特殊性能。切口处做了特殊处理。只有在接触药物、腐蚀性气体或其他恶劣环境时，切口才能得到保护。

Adhesive coatings; Adhesive force: Colour coated sheets can be mechanically bonded, welded and bonded, but the welding equipment and technology of color coated sheets are still in the research and testing stage, which is not complicated. Users should test the use of mechanical cohesion methods. Cut-off protection of multi-color coated panel: When planning products, cut into small shadows as far as possible.
When galvanized sheets are used as multicolor coated sheets on substrates, zinc is usually not used for protection because of its special properties to steel. The incision part was specially treated. Only when exposed to drugs, corrosive gases or other harsh environments can the incision be protected.
