随着电流的增加,镀层中的锌含量增加,在电流密度较高的区域会产生颗粒状的白色沉淀;
处理方法:① 一般1.5~2个月用活性炭处理一次(按二班生产),活性炭用量3~5g/L,连续搅拌2h;
1、 The influence and control of bath temperature imbalance on the coating: increasing the temperature is conducive to the precipitation of tin and iron, but makes the coating rough and gray luster; Low temperature is conducive to the precipitation of
zinc, but makes the coating gray white and poor brightness. The solution temperature shall be controlled within the range of 20 ~ 35 °℃.
2、 Effect of improper current density on coating:
With the increase of current, the amount of zinc in the coating increases, and granular white precipitates are produced in the area with high current density;
When the current decreases, the
nickel content in the coating increases, and the gray black coating with poor brightness is produced in the area where the current density is too low.
3、 The plating solution shall be treated with activated carbon:
Bright Zn Fe Ni alloy uses
jasmonal as luminescent agent. Because jasmonal is easy to oxidize into carboxylate compounds and exist in the solution in the electroplating process, the brightness of the coating decreases with the increase of carboxylate content. Treatment with activated
carbon can reduce or eliminate this effect.
Treatment method: ① generally, it is treated with activated carbon once in 1.5 ~ 2 months (according to the second shift production), the amount of activated carbon is 3 ~ 5g / L, and it is kept for 2h
under continuous stirring;
② Then stand for more than 12h, so that the activated carbon has the opportunity of full adsorption, and then filter and add the newly prepared Jasmine type and an appropriate amount of potassium and sodium tartrate for electroplating.
