彩涂板底漆一般由生产厂家根据生产工艺、环境腐蚀性以及与面漆的匹配关系来确定。环氧树脂、聚酯、聚氨酯和丙烯酸常用作彩涂板的底漆。
环氧底漆：对基材有良好的附着力，耐水、耐碱、耐化学腐蚀。它是一种早期的线圈底漆，不如其他底漆灵活。
聚酯底漆：对基材附着力好，柔韧性好，对潮湿环境敏感，环氧底漆耐化学性差。
水溶性丙烯酸底漆：对基材附着力好，柔韧性好，溶剂含量低，低温固化
聚氨酯底漆：耐化学性、耐久性、柔韧性好，是一种综合性能比较好的底漆。
不同底漆在附着力、柔韧性、耐腐蚀性等方面存在一定差异。底漆一般根据产品的用途、使用情况、加工程度以及与面漆的匹配程度来选择。

Polyester primer: good adhesion to substrate, excellent flexibility,
sensitive to wet environment, poor chemical resistance to epoxy primer.
Water soluble acrylic primer: good adhesion to substrate, good flexibility, low solvent content, low temperature curing
Polyurethane primer: chemical resistance, durability, good flexibility, is a relatively good comprehensive performance primer.
There are some differences in adhesion, flexibility and corrosion resistance of different primers. The primer is
usually selected according to the use of the product, application situation, processing degree and matching with the topcoat.
