哪些铝板材质可以折弯加工

1、 彩涂铝板硬度与弯曲度的关系
彩涂铝板的硬度是决定弯曲是否开裂的关键。如果铝板的硬度过高，则容易开裂。铝板的硬度与铝板的品牌和状态有关。
1.可弯曲的 彩涂铝板品牌系列：一般情况下，通常使用系列1、3和5的铝板进行弯曲。

2.不需要弯曲的铝板品牌系列：6系列和7系列具有高硬度。通常，它们是在中厚铝板状态下交付的，不需要弯曲。如需弯曲，应先进行退火处理，达到o状态后方可弯曲。
2、 彩涂铝板状态与弯曲的关系
1.纯铝的硬度不是很高。1060、1100和1050可弯曲；
2.3系列铝锰合金铝板：3003、3005、3A21等也可弯曲；
3.5系列铝镁合金板材，5052h32是最常用的，弯曲90度无开裂。
3、 彩涂铝板状态与弯曲的关系
彩涂铝板的状态分为全硬、半硬和软状态（通常软状态称为o状态）
1.硬态：全硬的弯曲效果基本不好。例如，h18、H19、h38等都是硬的。6061、2024、7075、T6和t651属于淬火板，不能弯曲；
2.半硬：半硬状态的铝板基本可以弯曲，如H24；
3.软状态：O状态、5052-O状态、5083-O状态等。软状态弯曲当然没有问题。弯曲零度角为180度。必须使用此状态，这适用于某些特殊用途的产品。因为它太软，强度稍低，所以使用相对较少。
