彩钢板价格厂家根据建筑立面要求选择板型:实际工程的建筑图纸只能怪一般只给出金属屋面和墙体的范围和墙板的铺设方法(水平或垂直铺设),很少指定板型。因此,有必要根据建筑物的立面要求选择合适的楼板类型。例如:墙板需要垂直放置,可以选择yx15-225-900和yx25-210-840;对于立面效果为平房的项目,建议采用yx25-200-1000,使建筑立面更加美观,施工更加方便。如需水平敷设,可采用yx18-76-836、yx18-63.5-825型波形,也可采用yx38-310、yx58-310、yx50-373型隐藏式波形
2)彩钢板价格 根据保温彩钢板价格棉的厚度选择板型:同一栋建筑应位于不同的位置,用途不同,且保温要求不同。绝缘棉厚度确定后,根据绝缘棉厚度选择板型。当墙体保温棉厚度大于或等于100
mm时,应选用高度辅助相对较高的墙板,如yx28-820和yx25-210-840应与前者相比,宜反向碾压。当墙体保温棉厚度大于50毫米时,不宜选用高高的小波纹板,否则墙面易产生铺展不均,影响建筑美观。当屋面保温棉厚度大于100mm时,可选用yx75-760。当保温棉厚度大于150 mm时,应尽量选用双层屋面。如果选用yx75-760作为屋面板(注意这是一种无开钉滑动支架连接的板),即使没有保温要求也要加50毫米厚的保温棉,因为没有保温棉会引起屋面板和檩条的撞击产生声音,再加上保温棉,绝缘棉会产生支撑顶板的阻力,yx75-760连杆不会产生疲劳损伤。
3) 根据彩钢板价格建筑物宽度和屋面坡度选择屋面板:当建筑物半坡宽度较大时,屋面板会因热膨胀和收缩而产生较大的应力。当半坡宽度大于50米时,屋面板不宜选用yx25-210-840。由于此类板与屋面檩条采用开钉连接,膨胀能力较弱。当屋面半坡宽度超过75m时,选用yx75-380-760板,并采用滑动支座与檩条连接,避免温差应力破坏。当屋面坡度小于2%时,为避免屋面排水不良,建议采用高浪板。
4) 墙板水平敷设时板型的选择:墙板水平敷设时,应根据建筑物的高度选择板型,并尽量满足板宽的模数。例如:岸壁高度1.2m,屋檐高度8.4m,若选用YX2502.1万夹芯板,顶板将被截断0.8m(8.4-1.2=7.2m,需要7块夹芯板=0.2m),既铺砌又使立面效果不佳。选择800mm板的有效宽度,将高度范围内的9块板刚铺到墙顶,即可满足模块要求,既美观又省钱。
5) 弧形板的选择:许多建筑都有造型要求,需要使用弧形板,如体育场屋顶、拱形厂房屋顶等,每种类型的板都有最小的圆弧半径,因此应根据屋顶的圆弧半径选择合适的板类型。

2) Select the board type according to the thickness of insulation cotton: the same building should be located in different
locations, uses different, and insulation requirements are different. After the thickness of the insulating cotton is determined, the board type shall be selected according to the thickness of the insulating cotton. When the thickness of wall insulation
cotton is 100 mm or more, the wall panel with relatively high height assistance shall be selected, for example, yx28-820 and yx25-210-840 shall be compared to the former, and it is better to reverse rolling. When the thickness of wall insulation cotton
is greater than 50 mm, it is not suitable to choose the small corrugated plate with high height, otherwise the wall surface will easily spread unevenness and affect the beauty of the building. When the thickness of roof insulation cotton is greater
than 100mm, yx75-760 can be selected. When the thickness of insulation cotton is greater than 150 mm, double-layer roof shall be selected as far as possible. If yx75-760 is selected as the roof panel (note that this is a type of board linked by sliding
support without open nails), 50mm thick insulation cotton shall be added even if there is no insulation requirement, because no insulation cotton will cause the impact of roof panel and purlin to produce sound, plus insulation cotton, insulation cotton
will produce resistance to support the roof panel, yx75-760 link will not produce fatigue damage.
3) Select roof panel according to the building width and roof slope: when the building half slope width is large, the roof panel will produce great
stress due to thermal expansion and contraction. When the half slope width is more than 50m, yx25-210-840 should not be selected as the roof panel. Because this type of plate is connected with the roof purlin by open nails, the expansion capacity
is weak. When the width of roof half slope exceeds 75m, yx75-380-760 plate shall be selected, and sliding support shall be used to link with purlin to avoid temperature difference stress damage. When the roof slope is less than 2%, high wave plate
is recommended to avoid poor drainage of roof.
4) Selecion of slab type when the wall panel is laid horizontally: when the wall panel is laid horizontally, the slab type shall be selected according to the height of the building, and the module
of slab width shall be satisfied as far as possible. For example: the height of the bank wall is 1.2m, and the height of the eaves is 8.4m. If the yx25021000 sandwich board is selected, the top board will be cut off by 0.8m (8.4-1.2 = 7.2m, 7 boards
are needed = 0.2m), which not only paves but also makes the facade effect not good. If the effective width of 800mm plate is selected, and 9 plates within the height range are just paved to the top of the wall, the module requirements can be satisfied,
which is not only beautiful but also saves the plate.
5) Selection of arc slab: many buildings have modeling requirements and need to use arc slab, such as stadium roof, arch workshop roof, etc. Each type of board has the minimum arc radius,
so the appropriate board type should be selected according to the arc radius of the roof.
