为了解决第一代和第二代钢桁架楼承板净高较小等缺点,工程师研制了第三代钢筋桁架彩钢楼承板钢筋桁架彩钢楼承板第三代地板支撑板是改变和减少原有地板支撑板的凸型和高压型, 钢筋桁架彩钢楼承板将地板中的钢筋在工厂用半自动钣金焊接设备加工成钢筋桁架,以取代地板承载的凸高和支承板能力。厂内钢桁架与楼承板焊接后采用硅烷、纯锰磷化、水洗、烘干、镀锌等除锈防锈环保技术,采用高频电阻焊连接。模板系统将混凝土楼板中的钢筋与施工模板相结合,形成一个能承受施工阶段湿混凝土自重和施工荷载的承重构件,该构件在施工阶段可作为钢梁的侧向支撑。在使用阶段,钢桁架与混凝土共同承担使用荷载。

1桁架楼盖受力模式和组合方式合理,钢筋桁架彩钢楼承板现浇混凝土整体刚性好,便于双向板的施工和使用。但普通压型钢板下蒙皮与肋方向垂直,钢筋无法定位。
2施工中,当梁间距大于3米时,普通压型板基本上需要加临时支撑;钢桁架模板最大无支撑间距可达5米。

However, the lower skin of the ordinary profiled slab is perpendicular to the direction of the rib, and the reinforcement cannot be located.
2. In the construction, when the beam spacing is more than 3 meters, the ordinary profiled slab basically needs to add temporary support; the maximum unsupported spacing of steel truss formwork can reach 5 meters.

5. The esign and construction of the two-way slab is simple and convenient. It is suitable for large-span workshop. The coating is reasonable, the stud welding quality is reliable, and the end does not need penetration welding. The shear performance of the floor is good.
6. Silane, phosphating, water washing and drying, zinc plating and other rust removal and rust prevention processes, sealed and protected from light.
