彩钢板施工材料的堆放
彩钢板围护结构的板材堆放场地应注意以下几点:
1.板材堆放应设置在安装点附近,避免长途运输。可设置在建筑物周围和建筑物内的场地内。
2、板材应随进度运至堆放点,避免在施工现场堆放时间过长,造成无法修复的损坏。
3.堆放场地旁应有二次加工场地。
4、堆放场地应平整,材料不易撞击、污染、磨损和雨淋。
5、按施工顺序堆放板材,同一块板材应堆放在一起,避免不同种类的堆放和翻板。
6.
彩钢板堆垛板应设置垫木或其他缓冲材料。木板应与纵向成一定角度放置,以便排出雨水。
7、
彩钢板当板块长期不能施工时,应在板块干燥后用防雨材料覆盖场地。
8.岩棉夹芯板应堆放在遮蔽处或有防雨措施。
9、保温屋面现场装的玻璃棉应堆放在雨棚内。
7、 板材现加工
对于采用单层彩钢板长度大于12M的工程,在使用面积较大时,往往采用现场加工方案。现场加工注意事项如下:
1.现场加工地点应选择在屋面板吊点处。设备的纵轴方向应与屋面板的矩形方向一致。加工后的板材靠近吊点放置。
2.加工好的原材料(彩钢卷)应放在设备附近,以便于更换彩钢卷。彩钢板卷应采取防雨措施,堆放地点不得放在低洼地面上。彩钢板下设垫木。
3.设备应放置在平整的水泥地面上,并配备防雨设施。
4.设备就位后需进行调试和试生产。产品经检验合格后可批量生产。
在单层彩钢板压型钢板的现场加工中,特长板采用加工防腐方法,如图2-2所示,解决了特长板垂直运输的困难。将压型机放置在临时工作台上,将成品板直接送至顶板,然后水平移动。这种措施适用于大屋顶。

4. The stacking site should be flat, and the materials are not easy to be impacted, polluted, worn and soaked in rain.
5. Stack the plates according to the construction sequence, and the same plate should be placed in a stack to avoid different kinds of stacking and turning to the plate.
6. The stacking plates shall be provided with skids or other cushion materials. The Board shall be placed at an angle in the longitudinal direction so that th rainwater can be discharged.
7. When the plate can not be constructed for a long time, the site should be covered with rainproof material when the plate is dry.
8. The rock wool sandwich board should be stacked in the shelter or with rain proof measures.
9. Glass wool assembled on site for thermal insulation roof shall be stacked in rain shelter.
7、 On site processing of plate
For the projects using single-layer color steel sheet with a length of more than 12M, the field processing scheme is often used when the use area is large. The precautions for on-site processing are as follows:
1. The field processing site should be selected at the lifting point of roof slab. The longitudinal axis direction of the equipment shall be consistent with the rectangular direction of the roof panel. The plate after processing is placed close to the lifting point.
2. The processed raw materials (color steel coil) should be placed near the equipment to facilitate the replacement of color steel coil. Rainproof measures shall be taken on the color steel plate coil, and the stacking place shall not be placed on the low-lying ground. Pad wood shall be set under color steel plate.
3. The equipment should be placed on a flat cement floor and equipped with rain proof facilities.
4. After the equipment is in place, it needs to be debugged and trial produced. The products can be produced in batches after passing the inspection.
In the field processing of single-layer color steel plate profiled plate, a processing Anticorrosion method is adopted for extra long plate, as shown in Figure 2-2. This method is to solve the difficulty of vertical transportation of extra long plate. It is to place the profiler on the temporary bench, send the finished plate directly to the roof, and then move horizontally. This measure is suitable for large roof.
