彩钢板屋面与外墙、凸出屋面结构交接处应进行泛水处理,泛水高度不小于300 mm。泛水板与墙顶应顺水搭接,顺水方向纵向搭接宽度不小于一个波峰,两板之间应设置全长密封胶进行密封,螺栓拧紧后,搭接处用自攻螺钉用防水密封胶垫固定在支撑构件上,横向搭接宽度不小于200mm,泛水与屋面彩钢板填充之间采用成型橡胶防水垫(KL板顶封)。
山墙泛水缝4出屋面构件
1) 管状贯穿件:首先根据设计位置和尺寸在彩钢板上开孔,用厂家生产的法兰将圆柱套管固定在彩钢板上,套管的中点应与穿过屋顶的构件重合,套管法兰应完全覆盖开口,然后用空心铆钉将单独的钢板法兰固定在套筒法兰上,用法兰和套筒法兰专用密封胶将彩钢板的接头密封,然后用紧固箍将锥形罩的密封固定在穿过屋顶的构件上,罩与套管便于屋顶结构的热膨胀位移。
2) 屋顶风机出口:由于屋顶构件出口会切断钢板排水通道,阻碍排水方向,在突出的屋顶构件处设置专门的泛水板进行排水。先安装天沟顶板彩钢板终端框架,再固定排水底盘。彩钢板肋与排水底盘间隙用异型橡胶塞填塞,外侧用专用密封胶密封,然后安装泛水板。以上方法用于泛水板、排水底盘、彩钢板接头处的密封。泛水板高度、泛水板与彩钢板搭接宽度与山墙相同。
暗装彩钢板屋面两个伸缩缝之间的钢板长度不应超过35m,方法是:将搭接处彩钢板的檩条和屋面彩钢板的支撑全部抬高,形成比彩钢板深15mm的高差。高差处,彩钢板在屋面上的搭接长度不应小于250 mm,并应密封。辅助檩条或支撑物应设置在下落处。屋面彩钢板在伸缩缝处涂密封胶后,泛水板、屋脊边缘等与彩钢板的接缝处应用耐候密封胶密封;所有外露自攻螺钉均应用密封材料加以保护。使用抽芯铆钉时,应在中间空心部分填充密封胶。

1) Tubular penetrations: firstly, take holes on the color steel plate according to the design position and size, fix the cylindrical sleeve with flange produced by a manufacturer on the color steel plate, the middle point of the sleeve shall coincide
with the component through the roof, the sleeve flange shall completely cover the opening, and then fix the separate steel plate flange on the sleeve flange with blind rivets, the flange and sleeve flange Special sealant shall be used to seal
the joint of the color steel plate, and then the seal of the conical shield shall be fixed on the components through the roof with the fastening hoop, and a gap shall be left between the shield and the sleeve to facilitate the thermal expansion
displacement of the roof structure.
2) Outlet of roof fan: as the outlet of roof components will cut off the steel plate drainage channel and hinder the drainage direction, special flashing shall be installed at the protruding roof components for drainage. First, install the color steel
plate terminal framework of gutter roof, and then fix the drainage chassis. The gap between the color steel plate rib and the drainage chassis shall be filled with special shaped rubber plug, and the outside shall be sealed with special sealant,
and then install the flashing. The above methods are used to seal the joint of flashing plate, drainage chassis and color steel plate. The height of flashing plate and the overlapping width of flashing plate and color steel plate are the same
as that of gable.
The length of steel plate between two expansion joints of concealed color steel plate roof shall not exceed 35m. The method is as follows: raise all purlins of color steel plate on the lap joint and the support of color steel plate on the roof to form
a height difference of 15mm higher than the depth of color steel plate. At the height difference, the lap length of color steel plate on the roof shall not be less than 250mm and shall be sealed. Auxiliary purlin or support shall be set at the
drop. After the installation of the roof color steel plate with sealant applied to the expansion joint, the joint between the flashing plate, roof ridge edge, etc. and the color steel plate shall be sealed with weather resistant sealant; all exposed
self tapping screws shall be protected by applying sealing materials. When the pop rivets are used, the sealant shall be filled in the middle hollow part.
