彩钢板屋面主要采用50mm厚的彩钢围挡板,顶板长度根据工程需要和运输要求而定。安装采用扣件连接,用自攻螺钉固定在檩条上。安装的压型钢板应搭接严密。屋面板波纹应垂直于屋脊轴线。应使用测量仪器预先放置一条直线,以确定整个板的对齐。

彩钢围挡板在大型建筑工程中,为缩短施工时间,可采用吊车将成捆的屋面板直接从汽车吊到屋架上。对于较长的面板,建议采用抱杆和吊绳的方法。对于中小型工程,可以用手卸料,然后用绳子将单块屋面板绑好,再用人力将屋面板拉到屋架上,然后固定安装。本工程采用人工搬运施工。

In order to protect the surface of profiled steel plate on the roof panel and ensure the safety of construction personnel, dry and clean gloves must be used to touch the profiled steel plate on the roof panel surface. Do not drag the profiled steel plate on the rough surface or the profiled steel plate on the roof panel surface, and other things such as tools cannot drag on the profiled steel plate surface on the roof panel surface.

In general roof and flashing installation, self tapping bolts, drilling holes, hand saws, chainsaws, or other operations will leave metal debris on the adjacent areas of the roof. These debris and other sundries (rivets, nails, screw lights, etc.) must be removed from the roof, flashing, gutters, etc. as soon as possible. Make this work the end of the day. Especially after the whole roof is installed, it can not be exempted. Neglecting this work will oxidize the metal debris and lead to the formation of stains on the surface. When the articles based on iron, copper, lead and so on contact with the surface of the aluminum zinc plate, and are exposed to moisture or condensed water together, it will cause the damage of the aluminum zinc coating, and lead to the corrosion of the steel plate from the surface.

The bundle of profiled steel plates on the surface of roof panel shall be placed close to or on the purlin support point, but not in the purlin span. Before fixing the first plate, ensure its position is vertical and square, and correctly place it on the position related to other building components.

This line and the first roof panel surface profiled steel plate will become the conductor, which is convenient for the quick installation and correction of the subsequent roof panel surface profiled steel plate. The method is to measure the width of the profiled steel plate on the surface of the fixed roof panel once at the top and bottom respectively to ensure that there is no movement and sector. In some stages, such as half installation, the distance from the top and bottom of the profiled steel sheet on the surface of the fixed roof panel to the far side of the roof or the finished line shall be measured to ensure that the profiled steel sheet on the surface of the fixed roof panel is parallel to the finished line. If you need to adjust, you can place and fix each plate in the future and make sector adjustment slightly. Until the profiled steel plate on the surface of roof slab reaches flatness. According to the construction drawings, the roof panels of grid structure shall be stacked on the material stacking yard in a complete set, and the complete roof panels of grid structure shall be hoisted to the design position and fixed along with the hoisting.
