1. First of all, it is necessary to check the qualification and certificate of each post on the production line, whether they have higher mechanical and electrical basic knowledge, and pass the automatic control (numerical control) training, and obtain the "longitudinal cutting line operation certificate" after passing the examination
2. Open the air source, when the air pressure reaches 6 PA, open the drain valve to drain water, and then start the machine
3. Check the oil quantity of the oil atomizer. The oil quantity should be between 1 / 3-2 / 3 of the oil cup. If it is insufficient, it should be supplemented. Make sure to close the air source and empty the compressed air when replenishing the oil
4. Lubricate the guide rail and lead screw, and wipe off any oil stain
5. Start the power test, check whether the sensors are normal and whether the fastening bolts are reliable.
