热交换器一般安装在彩涂板机组的工艺段,如预清洗水箱、洗涤水箱、碱洗水箱、冲洗水箱等,都需要热介质。目前,国内生产线多采用蒸汽、高温烟气、导热油等三种热源。
(1)水蒸气。水蒸气通过冷凝液化,释放出大量的汽化潜热,具有很好的传热效果。水蒸汽冷凝成冷凝水可以循环到锅炉房再利用。蒸汽通常由蒸汽锅炉产生。该方法投资少,换热设备简单,应用广泛。
(2)高温烟气。其他生产线排出的高温烟气循环用于换热器的加热。该方法供热效率较高,但应提前做好全厂热平衡方案,积极开发余热利用潜力。
(3)导热油。导热油的加热是加热器将导热油加热,通过油管进入换热器,放出热量,然后返回加热器进行加热。整个系统是一个无介质损耗、传热效果好的闭环系统。但是,由于该系统成本较高,在我国很少使用。

At present, domestic production lines often use steam, high temperature flue gas, heat conducting oil, etc. The characteristics of these three heat sources are described below.
(1) Water vapor. Water vapor is liquefied by condensation, releasing a large amount of latent heat of vaporization, which has a very good heat transfer effect. Water vapor liquefied into condensate water can be recycled to the boiler room for reuse. Steam is usually produced by steam boiler. This method is widely used because of its low investment and simple heat exchange equipment.
