彩涂板通常有几种最基本的涂层？

要使彩涂板达到防腐功效，基板的每化学涂层单面最少要涂上三种隔离膜层(图1-1)，他们分别是化学转换涂层、底涂层和面涂层。早期的彩涂线曾有只涂二层的，即只有一层化学基板转换涂层和一层亦底亦面的涂料涂层，彩涂板但由于防腐效果不佳，现在的彩涂线通常是涂三层或以上的，有些家电板按实际需要甚至是涂上四层或五层的。这就是下几节所介绍的为何彩涂板组会有二涂二烘、三涂三烘、四涂四烘等多种工艺流程的原因，通常说来，多涂多烘的彩涂线一般是用于印花彩涂板生产。

In order to achieve the anti-corrosion effect of color coated board, at least three kinds of isolation coatings (Figure 1-1) should be applied on each chemical coating side of the substrate, which are chemical conversion coating, primer coating and top coating. In the early days, there were only two layers of color coated wires, that is, only one layer of chemical substrate conversion coating and one layer of bottom and surface coating. However, due to the poor anti-corrosion effect, the current color coated wires are usually coated with three or more layers, and some home appliance boards are even coated with four or five layers according to the actual needs. This is the reason why the color coating line described in the next few sections has a variety of technological processes, such as two coating and two drying, three coating and three drying, four coating and four drying. Generally speaking, the color coating line with more coating and more drying is generally used for printing color coated board production.
