彩涂车间设备管理员应具备怎样的行为规范和职责

彩涂车间设备管理员应具有技术类大专以上文化素质，熟悉彩涂工艺，掌握机械、电气知识，吃苦耐劳，有创新和勇于承担责任的精神。具体工作内容和权限如下。

责任和权限

(1)对彩涂车间服从上一级有关规定负责。对保证按期、按质完成设备管理计划负责。有权检查考核车间各岗位工作，进行批评表扬，提出奖惩方案或意见。

(2)对车间设备的运行状况负责。有权检查和指导，对发现有违犯有关规章制度和规程标准的，有权批评、制止或提出处理意见。

Responsibility and authority

(2) Responsible for the operation of workshop equipment. They have the right to inspect and guide, and have the right to criticize, stop or put forward suggestions for handling those found to have violated the relevant rules, regulations and standards.
