镀层越大,涂层越厚,彩钢板使用年限就越长吗

涂料的主要功能体现在视觉效果和防护功能上。颜料的耐紫外线性能一般分为无机颜料,而无机颜料的耐紫外线性能一般比有机颜料好。
聚偏氟乙烯(聚偏氟乙烯)、聚偏氟乙烯(聚偏氟乙烯)是聚偏氟乙烯(聚偏氟乙烯)涂层常用的聚酯(聚偏氟乙烯)涂层。每种面漆适用于不同的情况。我们建议在经济条件允许的情况下使用HDP或PVDF产品。
在底漆的选择上,如果强调附着力和耐腐蚀性,应选择环氧树脂;如果更关注柔韧性和抗紫外线性能,则应选择聚氨酯底漆。
背面涂层如果采用彩涂钢板作为单板,则选择两层结构,即一层背面底漆和一层背面饰面。当彩涂钢板作为复合板或夹芯板时,背面应涂环氧树脂。
彩钢板涂料能起到一定的防腐作用,它是利用涂膜来隔离外界的腐蚀性物质。然而,薄膜本身从微观上看是多孔的,空气中的少量水蒸气会

对于sme涂层厚度,二次涂层比一次涂层更致密,具有更好的耐腐蚀性和更长的使用寿命。对于涂层厚度,根据相关腐蚀试验结果,我们建议前涂层应为20μm或更大,因为足够的膜厚可以在有效期内防止腐蚀(PVDF要求涂层厚度更厚,由于其使用寿命较长,通常大于25μm)。

How to choose the type of coating
The main function of the coating is reflected in the visual effect and protection function. The pigment of the coating can be divided into organic pigment and inorganic pigment, the color of organic
pigment is bright; the inorganic pigment is generally light color, but its chemical performance and ultraviolet resistance are better than organic pigment.
The commonly used topcoats for color steel plate are: polyester (PE), silicon modified polyester
(SMP), high durability polyester (HDP), polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF). Each topcoat is suitable for different situations. We suggest to use HDP or PVDF products when economic conditions permit.
For the selection of primer, epoxy resin should be
selected if adhesion and corrosion resistance are emphasized; polyurethane primer should be selected if flexibility and UV resistance are more concerned.
For the back coating, if the color coated steel plate is used as veneer, select two layers
of structure, that is, one layer of back primer and one layer of back finish. If the color coated steel plate is used as composite or sandwich plate, epoxy resin shall be applied on the back.
Effect of coating thickness on service life
Color
steel plate coating can play a certain role in anti-corrosion, it uses the coating film to isolate the external corrosive substances. However, the film itself is porous from the microscopic point of view, and a small amount of water vapor in the air will
invade the coating, causing the coating to blister and possibly cause the coating to fall off. For the steel plate, the coating (galvanized or aluminized zinc) has a greater impact on the life of the steel plate.
For the sme coating thickness, the
secondary coating is denser than the primary coating, which has better corrosion resistance and longer service life. For the coating thickness, according to the relevant corrosion test results, we recommend that the front coating should be 20 μ m or more,
because sufficient film thickness can prevent corrosion within the validity period (PVDF requires a thicker coating thickness, usually more than 25 μ m due to its longer service life).
