① 性能指标：一般来说，只有结构、拉伸和深冲镀锌板才有拉伸性能要求。其中，镀锌板的结构要求屈服点、抗拉强度和伸长率等；拉伸只要求伸长率。
② 试验方法：同普通钢板。
（2） 山东镀锌彩钢板弯曲试验：
弯曲试验是衡量板料工艺性能的主要项目，但各国家标准对镀锌板的要求并不一致。除结构等级外，其他美国标准不要求进行弯曲和拉伸试验。 山东镀锌彩钢板在日本，除了结构、建筑和一般波纹板外，还需要进行弯曲试验。
要求：一般情况下，镀锌板弯曲180度后，外表面锌层不应分离，板座不应有裂纹和断裂。

① Performance index: Generally speaking, only structural, tensile and deep drawing galvanized sheets have tensile property requirements. Among them, the structure of galvanized sheet requires yield point, tensile strength and elongation, etc.; tensile only requires elongation.
② Test method: the same as that of ordinary steel sheet.
(2) Bending test:
Bending test is the main item to measure the process performance of sheet metal, but the requirements of various national standards for galvanized sheet are not consistent. Except for structural grade, the other American standards do not require bending and tensile test. In Japan, bending tests are required except for structural, architectural and general corrugated plates.
Requirements: generally, after the galvanized sheet is bent 180, there shall be no separation of zinc layer on the outer surface, and there shall be no cracking and fracture on the plate base.
