氟碳彩钢板的优势和劣势 

氟碳彩钢板，顾名思义，是用镀锌钢板或铝锌板涂上PVDF氟碳树脂氟碳涂层，再经高温烘烤而成的彩涂钢板。PVDF是聚偏氟乙烯（PVDF）。氟碳彩钢板氟原子最大的电负性形成一个非常稳定的氟碳键。再加上其独特的分子对称性，PVDF具有非凡的稳定性、独特的抗紫外线光降解性能、优异的绝缘和力学性能。氟碳彩钢板由于其他优势，它已成为各大项目的宠儿。现在优点如下：

1.具有非凡的稳定性，能在酸碱和长日照环境中保持各种性能的稳定性。
2.耐用性好，氟碳涂层板在室外仍能保持20年的色牢度。
3.优良的加工性能，涂布后的彩板具有很高的柔韧性和抗冲击性。
如果您想在恶劣环境中保持工程色的耐久性，我们强烈建议使用PVDF涂料。但氟碳彩钢板的缺点是价格远高于普通聚酯。

If you want to maintain the durability of the engineering color in harsh environment, we strongly recommend the use of PVDF paint. However, the disadvantage of fluorocarbon color steel plate is that the price is much higher than that of ordinary polyester.
