如何通过目测的方法来判定彩涂板涂料的状态

观察彩涂板涂料是否结皮、胶凝、分层、沉淀和细度等情况，有条件的单位，最好按照国家标准 GB 6753.3-86 测定涂料的储存稳定性。

(1)结皮。涂料开筒后，经常会发现在最上层有一层结皮，这是由于醇酸类涂料氧化固化形成的。观察结皮的程度，如有结皮，则沿容器内壁分离除去。结皮层已无法使用，下层涂料可继续使用，使用时搅拌均匀。除去结皮的涂料要尽快用完，否则放置一段时间后又会有结皮产生，甚至报废。

(2)胶凝。当彩涂板涂料出现胶凝现象，可搅拌或加人溶剂搅拌，使用时过滤。若不能分散成正常状态，则涂料报废。
(3)分层。涂料在贮存一段时间后，涂料会出现分层现象，涂料颗粒下沉，在上层四分之一以上形成一层水质溶液，在选择时我们可以看到这层液体呈无色或微黄色，较清晰干净，无漂浮物或很少，这说明涂料质量很好。若水质溶液呈混浊状，呈现出涂料颜色或内部漂浮物数量很多，甚至布满溶液表面，说明涂料质量不佳或贮存保质期已过，不宜使
用。
(4) 彩涂板涂料颗粒细度。我们可用一杯清水来检验，取少量涂料放入水中，轻轻搅动后，若杯中水仍清澈见底，涂料颗粒在清水中相对独立，没有黏合现象，且颗粒大小较均匀，说明涂料质量很好。如果一经搅动，杯中水立即变混浊，且颗粒大小分化，说明涂料质量不过关，不用为佳。再者可用木棍插进筒中将涂料拌匀，再用木棍挑起来，优质涂料往下流时会成扇面形，用手指摸，正品涂料应该手感光滑、细腻。器册讯决

(5)外观颜色。彩涂生产线使用的涂料是含有颜色的胶粒体，正常的外观要求是颜色一致，不产生浮色，不允许颜色有深有浅。检查涂料颜色，通常是用肉眼观察，也可与生产厂提供的标准色板进行比较，应符合指定的色差范围。

(1) Crusts. After the coating is opened, it is often found that there is a layer of crust on the top layer, which is formed by the oxidation and curing of alkyd coatings. The lower coating can be used continuously, and it can be stirred evenly. The paint to remove the crusts should be used up as soon as possible, otherwise there will be crusts after a period of time, or even scrapped.

(2) Gelation. When gelation occurs in the coating, it can be stirred or added with solvent, and filtered when used. If it can't disperse into normal state, the coating will be scrapped.

(3) Stratification. After the coating is stored for a period of time, the coating will be layered, the coating particles will sink, and a layer of water solution will be formed in more than one fourth of the upper layer. When selecting, we can see that this layer of liquid is colorless or yellowish, clear and clean, without floating objects or few, which indicates that the coating quality is very good. If the water solution is turbid, showing a lot of paint color or internal floating objects, or even covered with the surface of the solution, it indicates that the quality of the paint is poor or the shelf life of the storage has passed, so it is not suitable to use the paint

(4) Fineness of coating particles. We can use a cup of water to test, take a small amount of paint into the water, gently stir, if the water in the cup is still clear to the bottom, the paint particles are relatively independent in the water, there is no bonding phenomenon, and the particle size is relatively uniform, indicating that the quality of the paint is very good. If once stirred, the water in the cup becomes turbid immediately, and the particle size is differentiated, indicating that the quality of the coating is not up to standard, so it is better not to use it. (5) Appearance color. The coating used in the color coating production line is colloidal particles with color. The normal appearance requirements are consistent color, no floating color, and no deep or light color.
