第一步：基层处理、弹控制线、挂基准线
为保证岩棉板安装的平整度、垂直度符合要求，必须弹好控制线，挂好基准线。
（1） 基层处理：墙面清理、油污清理、浮灰清理等，清除墙体松散风化部分。检查找平层是否符合要求，基层验收合格后方可进行保温施工。

（2） 弹线控制：根据实际建筑立面设计和外墙外保温技术要求，在墙上弹平、竖向控制线、伸缩缝、外门窗装饰缝。根据总包方提供的水平点，弹好单体建筑现场楼层水平线和支架安装线的起点。
（3） 悬挂基准线：在建筑外墙大角（阴阳角）及其他必要位置悬挂垂直基准钢线，并在每层适当位置悬挂水平线，以控制岩棉板的垂直度和平整度。
注：垂线间距自上而下一致，垂线与墙体的距离为粘贴保温层的厚度。
步骤2：岩棉板专用胶粘剂的制备
将一定量的清水倒入干净的塑料桶中，用手持式电动搅拌机搅拌时加入聚合物砂浆粉，加入的液体量约为粉末的20%；充分搅拌5-7分钟，直到混合物均匀且稠度适中。
切记：搅拌均匀，确保刚粘贴好的岩棉板不会下垂，也不要加水过多；注意聚合物改性粘结砂浆只需加入清水，不允许加入水泥、砂、防冻剂等其他外加剂等异物；注意调整后的粘结剂应在2小时内用完，严禁使用过期的灰分；下班后，一定要及时清理工具。
检查：经验观察：混合的粘合剂均匀、状态良好、新鲜、稠度合适。
步骤3：岩棉板界面处理
所选岩棉板规格及外观尺寸偏差在规定范围内。在用粘合剂粘合隔热板之前，必须在矿棉板上涂覆表面处理层。

(1) Base course treatment: the wall shall be cleaned, oil stains cleaned, floating ash cleaned, etc. Loose and weathered parts of the wall shall be removed. Check whether the leveling layer meets the requirements, and the insulation construction can be carried out only after the base course is accepted.
(2) Snap line control: snap horizontal and vertical control lines, expansion joints and decorative seams of external doors and windows on the wall according to the actual building facade design and the technical requirements of external wall external insulation. According to the horizontal point provided by the general contractor, snap the starting point of the field floor horizontal line and bracket installation line of the single building.
(3) Hanging datum line: Hang vertical datum steel lines at the large corners (external and internal corners) of the building exterior wall and other necessary places, and hang horizontal lines at appropriate positions on each floor to control the verticality and flatness of rock wool board.
Note: the distance between the vertical lines shall be consistent from top to bottom, and the distance between the vertical line and the wall shall be the thickness of the thermal insulation layer pasted.
Step 2: preparation of special adhesive for rock wool board
Pour a certain amount of clean water into the clean plastic bucket, add polymer mortar powder while mixing with a hand-held electric mixer, and the amount of liquid added is about 20% of the powder; Fully stir for 5-7 minutes until the mixture is uniform and the consistency is moderate.
Remember: mix well and ensure that the rock wool board just pasted does not sag, and do not add too much water; Note that the polymer modified bonding mortar only needs to add clean water, and other additives such as cement, sand, antifreeze and other foreign matters are not allowed; Note that the adjusted binder should be used up within 2 hours, and the use of outdated ash is strictly prohibited; After work, be sure to clean the tools in time.
Inspection: experience observation: the mixed binder is uniform, in good condition, fresh and suitable consistency.
Step 3: rock wool board interface treatment
The specification and appearance dimension deviation of the selected rock wool board are within the specified range. Before the construction of bonding insulation board with adhesive, a surface treatment layer must be applied on the mineral wool board.
