油污是指轧后铝尖表面过多的油和除轧制油膜外的多余油。在分条生产和成品检验过程中肉眼可见。油污主要是由于辊颈或轧机出口处的箱体表面甩油、飞溅、滴落、轧机滚筒清洁器异常、轧机测厚头上滴落油污等造成的,且往往比较脏、复杂。
油污危害:在后续退火过程中,表面不清洁,容易形成气泡,且因油量过多而产生过多残渣,影响使用。
解决方案:生产前严格检查生产设备。如果设备油太多,要及时清洗,找出原因。同时,对生产产品进行清洗和加工。不能清洗的产品报废的,禁止油类污染产品进库入市。
外观问题:刮痕、擦伤、碰伤是铝板表面间歇性或连续性的单槽伤痕,一般是尖锐物体与箔面接触而相对滑动时产生。
主要原因:轧辊和导辊表面有尖锐缺陷或硬杂物;机械导辊和剪切、收口、分切导道上有尖锐缺陷或干杂物;箱材表面因边缘与表面相对滑动或错位而产生的串痕和分布的疤痕,或者在表面接触之后
