(1)彩涂板涂料配方的原因。涂料中颜料、填料和溶剂量过多,细度不够或有尘屑混入;(2)板表过于粗糙或有油污、水分、蜡质等物,涂层没有完全固化;
(4)检查稀释剂与涂料是否匹配,确保面涂层的湿膜厚度,不能太薄;(5)固化炉各段的炉温设置要合理,避免过高或过低。
There are two kinds of bad gloss of the color coating board, one is that the coating does not reach the proper gloss or uneven color after curing, or after several hours of coating curing, some of them will appear the phenomenon of falling luster after
two or three weeks. The second is that the color of the coating after curing is darker than expected or the color plate. Reasons for the period:
(1) The reason for the formulation of the paint. The paint, filler and solvent are too much,
and the fineness is not enough or dust is mixed in( 2) The surface of the plate is too rough or has oil, water, waxy and other substances, and the coating is not completely solidified;
(3) The mixing before the coating is applied is not enough,
and the solid of the coating is separated into the bottom of the barrel, which makes the first half of the paint less during the construction( 4) The coating is too much diluent, which dilutes the function of light coating( 5) The surface coating
is too thin, and the ambient temperature of roller coating chamber is too high or too low during construction;
(6) The temperature of curing furnace is set too high, the circulation of hot air in the furnace is insufficient, and the coating
is too hot to make the color aging and cause the luster to decline.
Exclusion:
(1) Check whether the fineness of the coating meets the process requirements;
(2) before the coating is put on the machine, it should be stirred evenly and filtered, and the diluent should not be added too much;
(3) Control the
humidity of roller coating chamber to prevent water mixing with coating;
(4) Check whether diluent and coating match, and ensure that the wet film thickness of surface coating is not too thin( 5) The furnace temperature of each section of curing
furnace should be set reasonably to avoid too high or low.
