彩涂板涂料性能的检测结果与取样是否正确有很大关系。国家标准GB318682规定了具体的取样方法，具体要求如下:

(1)从每批产品中随机取样，取样数为同一生产厂家的总包装桶数的3%(批量不足100桶者，不得少于3桶;批量不足4桶者，不得少于30%)。

(2)取样时，将桶盖打开，对桶内流体状彩涂板涂料产品进行目测观察，记录表面状态，如是否有结皮、沉淀、分层等现象。

(3)将桶内彩涂板涂料搅拌均匀，每桶取样不得少于0.5kg，将所取的试样分成两份一份(约0.4kg)密封備存备查，另一份立即进行检测。若检验结果不符合标准的规定值，则整批产品被认定为不合格。

(4)取样管用后清洗于净。样品不要装满容器，要留有5%的空间，盖严。样品应放置在清洁干燥且密封性好的金属罐或玻璃瓶内，贴上标签，注明取样日期等有关细节，并存放在阴凉干燥的地方。

(1) Random sampling from each batch of products is 3% of the total number of packaging barrels of the same manufacturer (batch less than 100 barrels, not less than 3 barrels; batch less than 4 barrels, not less than 30%).


(2) When sampling, open the lid of the barrel, observe the paint products of the liquid color coated sheet in the barrel visually, and record the surface state, such as whether there is crust, precipitation, stratification and other phenomena.


(3) Mix the paint evenly in the barrel, and take no less than 0.5 kg of samples per barrel. Divide the samples into two parts (about 0.4 kg) for sealed storage for inspection, and the other part for immediate inspection. If the test results do not meet the required value of the standard, the whole batch of products will be considered unqualified.


(4) Clean the sampling tube after use. Samples should not be filled with containers. 5% of the space should be reserved and sealed. Samples should be placed in clean, dry and sealed metal cans or glass bottles, labeled, date of sampling and other related details, and stored in a cool and dry place.
