钢结构彩钢板常用的连接方法
(1) 焊接连接
焊接接头是利用电弧产生的热量使焊条和焊件部分熔化,然后通过冷却凝结成焊接接头,从而将焊件连接成一个整体。
优点:不削弱构件截面,节约钢材,结构简单,制造方便,连接刚度大,密封性能好,在一定条件下易于采用自动操作。
缺点:焊缝附近钢的热影响区可能因高温而在某些部位变脆;钢材焊接过程中高温和冷却的不均匀分布,使结构产生焊接残余应力和变形,对结构的承载力、刚度和性能有一定的影响
(2) 螺栓连接
螺栓连接是通过螺栓这个紧固件把连接器连接成一个整体。螺栓连接分为普通螺栓连接和高强度螺栓连接。
优点:施工工艺简单,安装方便,特别适合现场安装连接,也便于拆卸,适合需要拆卸的结构和临时连接。
缺点:装配时需要在板上开孔并对准孔,增加了制造工作量,对制造精度要求高;螺栓孔还削弱了构件的横截面,连接部位往往需要相互重叠或增加辅助连接板(或角钢),结构更复杂,钢材成本更高。
(3) 铆钉连接
铆钉连接是一端带有半圆形预制头的铆钉。钉杆烧红后,迅速插入连接器的孔中。然后用铆钉枪将另一端铆入铆钉头,使连接达到紧固状态
优点:铆接传力可靠,塑性和韧性好,质量检验和保证容易,可用于重型和直接承受动载荷的结构。
缺点:铆接工艺复杂,制造费工费料,劳动强度高,已基本被焊接和高强度螺栓连接取代。

capacity, stiffness and performance of the structure
(2) Bolt connection
Bolt connection is through the bolt this fastener to connect the connector into a whole. Bolt connection is divided into ordinary bolt connection and high strength bolt
connection.
Advantages: simple construction technology, easy installation, especially suitable for site installation and connection, also easy to dismantle, suitable for the need to dismantle the structure and temporary connection.
Disadvantages:
it is necessary to open holes on the plate and align the holes during assembly, which increases the manufacturing workload and requires high manufacturing accuracy; The bolt hole also weakens the cross section of the component, and the connected parts
often need to overlap each other or add auxiliary connecting plates (or angle steel), so the structure is more complicated and the steel cost is more.
(3) Rivet connection
Rivet connection is a rivet with a semi-circular prefabricated head
at one end. After the nail rod is burnt red, it is inserted into the hole of the connector quickly. Then, the other end is riveted into a rivet head with a rivet gun to make the connection reach the fastening
Advantaes: reliable riveting force transmission,
good plasticity and toughness, easy quality inspection and guarantee, can be used for heavy and direct bearing dynamic load structure.
Disadvantages: the riveting process is complex, the manufacturing costs labor and materials, and the labor intensity
is high, so it has been basically replaced by welding and high-strength bolt connection.
