防指纹膜的控制窗口很窄,所以干燥后必须立即测量膜厚,随时调整工艺参数。为了保证测量数据的准确性,生产线配备了X射线荧光和红外薄膜测量仪,检测被动式薄膜的重量,以便相互比较。但两种方法的测量结果存在一定的偏差。以台式X射线荧光为标准,对红外薄膜分析仪的测试结果进行修正。经过多次验证,修正值如下表所示。

2防指纹板涂层性能测试
防指纹板在使用时一般需要进行涂层处理。可以使用不同的涂层。试样烘烤固化后,用划痕试验评价涂层附着力。标记间距为1mm,100×100网格。用胶带粘贴,观察涂层脱落情况。喷涂工艺为静电喷涂,静电压力约80kV,流速压力约0.45MPa,漆膜厚度95-110μm;划痕试验为0级,附着力优良,满足国内各大家电企业的涂装要求。具体结果如下图所示。

如何控制防指纹板的膜厚?
常见的防指纹滚筒涂布设备如图所示。辊涂机通过浸胶辊从料盘上取料。涂布辊位于浸胶辊和带钢之间,使涂层均匀地涂在带钢表面。
防指纹板膜厚的选择与检测
辊式涂布机有两种涂布方式:正向涂布和反向涂布。工作辊的最大速度与带钢相同,适用于薄涂层。滚筒表面采用反涂法,便于操作人员观察实际涂装情况,适用于厚涂。为了将防指纹钝化板的膜重控制在上述很小的范围内,有必要将进口的高硬度(70hs)涂层辊改为国产低硬度(60hs)涂层辊,并将粗糙度提高到0.6-0.8um,以保证更大的接触面积和涂层能力涂布辊与带钢之间,提高整板耐指纹膜的均匀性

2. Coating performance test of fingerprint resistant board
The fingerprint resistant board generally needs to be coated when it is used. Different coatings can be applied. After the specimen is baked and cured, the scratch test is used to evaluate the coating adhesion. The space between the marks is 1 mm, 100 × 100 grids. Paste with adhesive tape, and observe the peeling off of the coating. The spraying process is electrostatic spraying, the electrostatic pressure is about 80kV, the flow rate pressure is about 0.45MPa, and the film thickness is 95-110 μ m; the scratch test is grade 0, and the adhesion is excellent, which meets all the coating requirements of major domestic appliance enterprises. The specific results are shown in the figure below.

How to control the film thickness of fingerprint resistant board?
The common fingerprint resistant roller coating equipment is shown in the figure. The roller coater takes materials from the material tray through the dipping roller. The coating roller is located between the dipping roller and the strip steel to evenly apply the coating to the surface of the strip steel.
Selection and detection of film thickness of fingerprint resistant plate
Roller coater has two coating methods: forward coating and reverse coating. The maximum speed of work roll is the same as that of strip steel, which is suitable for thin coating. The reverse coating method is applied on the surface of the roller, which is convenient for operators to observe the actual coating situation, and is suitable for thick coating. In order to control the film weight of fingerprint resistant passivation plate within the above-mentioned very small range, it is necessary to change the imported coating roller with high hardness (70hs) to domestic low hardness (60hs) coating roller, and increase the roughness to 0.6-0.8um, so as to ensure greater contact area and coating ability between coating roller and strip steel, and improve the uniformity of fingerprint resistant film on the whole plate
