耐中性盐雾试验是将试样暴露在中性氯化钠气氛中至规定的时间后，以评定其表面起泡、锈蚀等级和腐蚀蔓延距离等。耐中性盐雾试验是目前普遍用来检验涂层耐腐蚀性的方法之一。

彩涂钢板的盐雾试验是通过专用的盐雾试验箱进行，盐雾试验箱模拟大气自然环境，为试件提供盐雾腐蚀所规定温度范围、盐雾沉降量和试验周期的加速腐蚀环境，检査试样的破坏现象，包括起泡、生锈、附着力下降和由划痕处腐蚀的蔓延等，并按GB/T17661995标准规定，以0、1、2、3、4、5六个等级评定其破坏程度。该项试验对于盐雾箱的试验条件，要求湿度保持在35℃±2℃;配制的氯化钠溶液浓度为(50±5)g/L;pH值为6.5～7.2;经24h周期后计算每个收集器收集的溶液，每80cm2的面积应为1.0-2.0mL/h。试验后在评定其起泡等级、生锈等级时，应取平行试样的最差值为试验结果。

Neutral salt spray test is currently one of the commonly used methods to test the corrosion resistance of coatings.

Salt spray test of color coated steel plate is carried out through a special salt spray test box, which simulates the atmospheric natural environment, provides the temperature range, salt spray sedimentation and accelerated corrosion environment for the test sample, and inspects the damage phenomena of the test sample, including foaming, rusting, decreasing adhesion and scratching. According to GB/T17661995 standard, the extent of damage was assessed by six grades: 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5. For the test conditions of salt fog chamber, the humidity should be kept at 35 2 C, the concentration of sodium chloride solution is (50 5) g/L, the pH value is 6.5-7.2, and the area of solution collected by each collector should be 1.0-2.0 mL/h after 24 hours. When evaluating foaming grade and rusting grade after test, the maximum difference of parallel sample should be taken as test result.
