彩涂板涂料的质量控制通常分三个阶段进行。即根据涂层失效程度进行涂层前控制、涂层施工过程控制和涂层后控制。涂装前和涂装过程中的控制是非常重要的，可以说起着决定性的作用，而涂装后的质量控制实际上是反馈到前两个阶段，这是找出质量缺陷的原因的手段。因此，在整个涂装施工过程中，操作人员应严格遵守工艺规程和操作规程。

（1）表面处理前，检查带钢表面缺陷和平整度是否经过检测和分析。
（2）检查钢带表面脱脂清洗效果。
（3）检查钢带表面化学液膜厚度是否符合国家或行业标准。
（4）检查带材表面是否满足被涂基材表面温湿度要求。
（5）涂料、稀释剂的种类、规格及上船前粘度。
（6）涂层室的环境温度。
彩涂板涂装施工过程的控制主要包括以下几个检查环节
（1）底漆和面漆的湿膜厚度。
（2）湿膜缺失或不连续。
（3）涂布头滚筒与生产线的速比是否符合工艺要求。

（4）固化炉各部分的干燥温度。

彩涂板涂装后的控制主要包括以下几个检查环节

（1）检查涂层的表面状况，包括是否有表面缺陷、光泽和颜色等。

（2）按国家或行业标准检查干膜总厚度是否符合设计要求。

（3）检查涂层与基材之间的附着力。

（4）按涂层质量标准检查涂层的其它性能。

(6) The ambient temperature of the coating chamber.
The control of coating construction process of color coated sheet mainly includes the following checking links
(1) Wet film thickness of primer and topcoat.
(2) Wet film is missing or discontinuous.
(3) Whether the speed ratio of the rollers on the coating head to the production line meets the technological requirements.
(4) Th drying temperature of each section of the curing furnace.
After coating, the control of color-coated panel mainly includes the following several inspection links
(1) Check the surface condition of the coating, including whether there are surface defects, gloss and color, etc.
(2) check whether the total dry film thickness meets the design requirements according to the national or industrial standards.
(3) Check the adhesion between the coating and the substrate.
(4) Check other properties of the coating according to the quality standard of the coating.
