彩钢瓦的八个防腐喷涂技巧

防腐涂料能有效延长彩钢瓦的使用寿命，而普通涂料只能起到临时的表面覆盖作用，很快就会出现剥落现象，不能从根本上解决腐蚀问题，防止生锈现象的发生。八种彩涂卷防腐技巧如下：

1 彩涂卷防腐涂料应按规定比例配制，搅拌均匀。养护时间控制在30分钟以内。施工应在6小时内完成。涂装间隔不少于24小时，长度不超过7天。
2施工中使用的工具应清洁干燥，涂层不得混入水分、香蕉水、醇溶剂、汽油等杂质。涂料应在准备使用的6小时内进行喷涂，以防止形成胶水，造成不必要的损失，增加施工成本。

8施工温度5～35℃，相对湿度85%。在雨、雾、雪、粉尘较大的情况下，不能进行施工。

4. Before spraying, the dust on the surface, inner corner and groove of the grid shall be cleaned with brush or compressed air.
5. The spraying layer can be applied after the base surface is cleaned and qualified.
6. Coating construction shall be carried out without leakage and rust powder.
7. In order to prevent secondary pollution, spray once immediately after base surface treatment.
8. The construction temperature is between 5 ℃ and 35 ℃, and the relative humidity is 85%. The construction can not be carried out under the conditions of rain, fog, snow and large dust.
