1、 USA
From 2009 to 2010, cold rolled steel coils accounted for 24.2% - 25.7% of the total steel products in the United States, and coated steel coils accounted for 22.2% - 23.1% of the total steel products in the same period. From different countries and regions,
the United States has become one of the fastest growing countries in the world. According to incomplete statistics, by the end of 2009, the overall market sales of coated plate products in the United States increased by 28.6% compared with the previous
year.
2、 Europe
Looking at the European coated plate Market in 2009, it is not difficult to find that the overall market competition is fierce, and the competition in some countries has become white hot. The products with more advanced technology
are mainly concentrated in France, Britain and Germany. Compared with these countries, there is still a certain gap in the technology of our coated plate products.
3、 Japan
Japan is a country with earlier market development of coated plate
industry. Its product technology is more advanced, there are more production enterprises, and the product competitiveness is strong. From 2009 to 2010, the output of cold-rolled commercial coils in Japan accounted for 16.8% - 19.2% of the total amount
of plain carbon steel, and the output of coated commercial coils accounted for 27.1% - 31.1% of the total amount of plain carbon steel in the same period.
4、 Korea
From January to October 2010, the price of galvanized steel in the Korean market
showed a "ι" shape. Since the outbreak of the international financial tsunami last year, steel prices in the US dollar area, the euro area and some Asian countries have dropped sharply. Since the second quarter of 2009, with the introduction of policies
to stimulate the economy in various countries and the gradual start of demand, prices are now in a recovery period. At the end of this month, the South Korean market was weak and stabilized. The CRU South Korea steel price composite index was 148.9, down
3.8% from the previous month.
