彩涂板行业的人士都知道，整个彩涂板工程的铝单板并不是直接按照图纸一次性全部生产出来的，而是直接交给施工方。它是一批货物完成生产后，让施工人员完成安装，然后再进行下一批生产加工。这就要求彩涂板生产厂家的产品误差不能太大。一开始的小误差会使后期的彩涂板加工面临数据问题，而产品很容易遇到安装问题，这就是所谓的“损失一点，谬误千里”。
在这方面，整个彩涂板加工行业实际上都有相关的国家推荐标准，其中对相应的参数规定得非常细致和严格。一般来说，彩涂板的尺寸和规格由厚度、长度、宽度、卷边高度、对角线差等组成，长度和宽度决定了整个彩涂板的基本形状，而厚度则会影响整个彩涂板的性能。无论彩涂板的形状如何，其厚度误差在±0.1mm以内。当镀铬板的长度和宽度小于或等于2000 mm时，长度和宽度的最大允许误差为1 mm。当长宽大于2000mm时，长宽误差不应超过1.5mm。
卷边高度的误差范围与彩板尺寸无关，不能超过0.5mm。彩涂板长度小于等于2000mm时对角线差允许误差范围为2mm，大于2000mm时对角线差允许误差范围为3mm。

The sheet metal processing of color coated plate is carried out on the production line by technical workers on the machine. Due to various reasons, there may be certain errors in the processed color coated plate, but this error must be controlled within a certain range, otherwise it is unqualified product.
