工程现场铝镁锰屋面彩钢板的施工探索

1、 焊接：
建议采用sg-alsi5作为铝镁锰屋面板焊接的辅助材料。如果两块板之间有一定长度（10毫米）的重叠，则焊接更容易。
焊接前，应解决铝镁锰板相应部位的彩涂问题。  铝镁锰彩钢板如果有化学物质，残留的物质应用水冲洗干净。

2、 铝镁锰彩钢板的切割与锯切
切割板材时，只能使用具有修边功能的角磨机。最好使用锯齿稀疏（锯齿高9mm~20mm）或咬齿的手动圆锯。例如，  铝镁锰彩钢板切割直屋顶的屋顶边缘可以沿着直尺手动操作。切割铝镁锰单片屋面板时，宜选用强度较高的锯。
3、 钻孔：
使用ISS钻头，参考钻头制造商对螺栓和铆钉孔的要求。自攻螺钉的孔径取决于所用材料的类型和自攻螺钉的尺寸。  铝镁锰彩钢板在插入紧固件之前，清除周围的铁屑。钻头上部应用垫片密封严密，以保护钻头夹具和部件材料的表面。
通常，不锈钢螺钉可用于以下情况：
钢支撑结构：
孔尺寸应大于螺钉3mm，螺钉尺寸应为a06.5mm，孔尺寸应大于螺钉3mm，螺钉尺应为a06.3mm铝支撑结构
孔尺寸大于螺钉3mm，螺钉尺寸为a06.5mm，孔尺寸大于螺钉3mm，螺钉尺寸为a06.3mm木支撑结构；
孔尺寸比螺钉大3mm，螺钉尺寸为a06.5mm
拧紧自攻螺钉时，使用慢旋螺丝刀时，应随其插入深度加深，直到不能再拧紧为止。注意，螺钉的转速不应超过600 rpm。预钻的支撑结构应与制造厂一致。预钻孔木结构的标准直径为0.7m，使用0.65mm螺钉相当于钻一个直径为4.6mm的孔。

For example, cutting the roof edge of the straight roof can be operated manually along the straight edge. When cutting the single aluminum magnesium manganese roof panel, it is suitable to use the saw with high strength.
3、 Drilling:
Use ISS drill bit, refer to the requirements of bit manufacturer on bolt and rivet hole. The hole diameter of self tapping screw depends on the type of material used and the size of self tapping screw. Before inserting the tightening member, remove the surrounding iron filings. The upper part of the drill bit should be sealed tightly with gasket to protect the surface of drill fixture and component material.
Generallyspeaking, stainless steel screws can be used in the following situations:
Steel support structure:
The hole size should be 3mm more than the screw, the screw size should be a06.5mm, the hole size should be 3mm more than the screw, and the screw ruler should be a06.3mm aluminum support structure
The hole size is 3 mm more than the screw, the screw size is a06.5 mm, the hole size is 3 mm more than the screw, and the screw size is a06.3 mm wood support structure;
The hole size is 3mm more than the screw, and the screw size is a06.5mm
When tightening the self tapping screw, when using the slow turning screw driver, it should be deepened with its insertion depth until it can not be screwed again. Note that the speed of the screw should not be greater than 600 rpm. The support structure of pre drilling shall be consistent with the manufacturer. The standard diameter of pre drilled wooden structure is 0.7m. The use of a 0.65mm screw is equivalent to drilling a hole with a diameter of 4.6mm.
