镀锌线的生产工艺为:冷硬卷→除油→连续淬火→热镀锌→精整→矫直→辊涂→电磁感应加热→风冷→质量检验→刮油秤重新包装。在其生产制造过程中,冲压模具极易开裂,危及客户的生产制造。原因如下:
一。退火温度
退火温度是热镀锌过程中的一个关键工艺参数,对产品的抗拉强度有很大的影响。当退火温度较低时,淬火不够,晶体出现猫斑,抗压强度高,延伸率低;当退火温度过高时,很容易使晶体出现异常粗壮,而抗压强度降低后的抗拉强度更为显著,而且产品在客户冲压模具成形和拉拔的整个过程中很容易立即断裂。
2。生产加工增湿
原料的粗糙度会破坏其表层的储油能力。合适的钢卷粗糙度对冲压模具的原材料特性也非常重要。另外,油量的选择也是非常重要的。如果油量太少,在冲模的整个过程中原料不会充分润湿,会导致原料冲模开裂;如果油量太多,整个分切成形过程容易产生偏差,损害生产节奏感。
三。原材料厚度与磨具的过渡配合
在整个冲压过程中,磨具间隙与原材料厚度的匹配是导致原材料开裂的关键因素。
四。杂七杂八和其他缺点的处理
对于冲模产品来说,将杂质和污垢压入冲模是非常不好的。由于零件杂质位置的延伸率不够,很容易造成冲模和拉深裂纹。

1. Annealing temperature

When the annealing temperature is low, the quenching is not enough, the crystal is plagued with cat's plague, the compressive strength is high and the elongation is low; when the annealing temperature is too high, it is very easy to cause the crystal to appear abnormally thick and strong, and the compressive strength reduced by the tensile strength is more significant, and the product is very easy to break immediately in the whole process of customer stamping die forming and drawing.
2. Production and processing moistening
The roughness of raw material will damage the oil storage ability of its surface layer. The suitable roughness of coil steel is also very important for the stamping die characteristics of raw material. In addition, the selection of oil amount is very important. If the oil amount is too small, the raw materials will not be fully moistened in the whole process of stamping die, which will cause the cracking of stamping die of raw materials; if the oil amount is too much, the whole process of slitting and forming will easily deviate, which will harm the sense of production rhythm.
3. Transition fit between raw material thickness and grinding tool
In the whole process of stamping process, the matching of the gap between the grinding tool and the thickness of the raw material is a key factor to cause the crack of the raw material.
4. Manipulation of miscellaneous and other shortcomings
It's very bad to press the impurity and dirt into the stamping die for the products of the stamping die. Because the elongation of the part of the impurity position is not enough, it's very easy to cause the stamping die and the drawing crack.
