屋面、墙体等围护结构一般采用0.3-1.0厚彩钢压型钢板。彩钢压型钢板采用镀锌（或渗铝锌）等预涂彩钢板轧制，并在表面涂漆。单层彩钢压型钢板的优点是重量轻、强度高、生产安装方便、厂房面积大、价格低廉；缺点是导热系数大、热胀冷缩系数大、隔声效果差，油漆在紫外线照射下老化速度快，导致彩钢板因雨水冲刷而锈蚀，导致漏水。对于需要保温、隔热、隔音的建筑物，可采用双层彩钢板和玻璃棉、岩棉、泡沫等中间保温材料。
充填材料可现场充填或与彩钢板厂（简称彩钢板夹芯板）预复合。彩钢夹芯板具有填充材料、与钢板结合强度高、整体性能好、安装方便、节省檩条等优点，因此得到了广泛的应用。
上述A面搭接、b长搭接、c梁节点、d墙搭接、e排水沟搭接、g锚节点、f钢板锈蚀，在施工工序中使用时，应按下列步骤进行：
方案一：1拆除原凸出部分的硅橡胶密封，使板缝整齐，施工面干燥、清洁。先涂胶粘漆，然后用耐碱聚酯布（60-80g）覆盖漆面，再刷防水胶粘漆；3。干燥2-3小时后再刷一遍冰漆，3小时后再刷第二遍；4、搭接处间隙大于5mm~30mm，如需增强附着力，请加1层耐碱聚酯布，3小时以上再擦第三遍防水漆。5、屋脊瓦的屋脊瓦和屋脊瓦边缘板可用防水泡沫漆填充两遍，防止渗水。6。对于铆钉和自攻钉孔，可直接涂刷防水胶粘漆四遍，厚度约1.5mm，直径约50mm。下次涂上述涂层时，涂层不会粘在手上。
方案二：1。拆除原凸出部分的硅橡胶密封，使板缝整齐，施工面干燥、清洁。用台湾彩钢板专用防水胶带将彩钢板与彩钢板的搭接处粘贴，并压实，然后刷防水胶粘漆一、二遍；3、搭接处间隙大于5mm~30mm，如需加强粘结，请加1一层耐碱聚酯布，然后擦两遍防水涂料3小时以上；4、用屋面砖边缘板塞住屋脊砖，并用泡沫塞填塞，然后刷两遍防水涂料，确保水渗透。5个。对于铆钉和自攻铆钉孔，可直接涂刷防水胶粘漆，4次覆盖铆钉孔，厚度约1.5mm，直径约50mm。下次涂上述涂层时，涂层不会粘在手上。也可用彩钢板专用防水胶带粘贴，然后刷一层防水胶，厚度约1.5mm。

The roof, wall and other enclosure structures are generally made of color steel profiled plates with a thickness of 0.3-1.0mm. The advantages of single-layer color steel profiled plate are light weight, high strength, convenient production and installation, large workshop space and low price; the disadvantages are large thermal conductivity, large coefficient of thermal expansion and contraction, poor sound insulation effect, and fast aging degree of spray paint exposed to ultraviolet radiation, which causes corrosion and rust of color steel plate due to rain erosion, leading to water leakage. For buildings requiring insulation, heat insulation and sound insulation, double deck color steel plate and intermediate insulation materials, such as glass wool, rock wool, foam, etc., can be used.

The filling material can be filled in the field or pre compounded with the color steel plate factory (called color steel sandwich plate). The color steel sandwich panel has the advantages of filling material, high bonding strength with steel plate, good overall performance, convenient installation and purlin saving, so it is widely used.
When using the products in the construction steps, the following steps shall be followed for the above A-side lapping, b-long lapping, c-ridge node, d-wall lapping, e-drainage ditch lapping, g-anchor node and f-steel plate rusting:
Scheme I: 1 Remove the silicone rubber seal of the original protruding part to make the slab joints neat and the construction surface dry and clean; 2. First coat with adhesive paint, then cover the painting surface with alkali resistant polyester cloth (60-80g), and then brush with waterproof adhesive paint; 3. Brush ice paint once again after drying for 2-3 hours, and then brush the second time after 3 hours; 4, if the gap between the lap joints is greater than 5mm ~ 30mm, if you need to enhance adhesion, please add 1 layers of alkali resistant polyester fabric, and then rub third times of waterproofing paint over 3 hours. 5, the ridge tile of the ridge tile and the roof tile edge plate can be filled with waterproof foam lacquer two times to prevent water seepage. 6. For rivets and self tapping nail holes, the waterproof adhesive paint can be directly applied to cover the nail holes four times with a thickness of about 1.5mm and a diameter of about 50mm. The next time the above coating is applied, the coating will not stick to hands.
Scheme II: 1. Remove the silicone rubber seal of the original protruding part to make the slab joint neat, and the construction surface dry and clean; 2. Paste the lap joint between the color steel plate and the color steel plate with the special waterproof tape of Taiwan color steel plate, which shall be tightly compacted, and then brush the waterproof adhesive paint for one or two times; 3, if the gap between lap joints is greater than 5mm ~ 30mm, if you need to strengthen adhesion, please add 1 layers of alkali resistant polyester cloth, then rub two times of waterproofing paint over 3 hours; 4, plug the ridge tile with the roof tile edge plate and fill with the foam plug, then brush the waterproof paint two times to ensure that the water is permeated. 5. For rivets and self tapping rivet holes, the waterproof adhesive paint can be directly applied to cover the rivet holes four times with a thickness of about 1.5mm and a diameter of about 50mm. The next time the above coating is applied, the coating will not stick to hands. It can also be pasted with special waterproof tape for color steel plate, and then brushed with a layer of waterproof adhesive, with a thickness of about 1.5mm.
