彩涂板的涂层结构类型与应用中的施工工艺

不同涂层结构用于彩色涂层板：

彩涂板背漆具有良好的耐腐蚀性、抗划伤性和加工成形性。具有良好的粘结性，适用于单层异型板和夹层板。
双层背漆具有良好的耐腐蚀性、抗划伤性和加工成形性。大部分用于单层压型钢板，但其附着力不好，不适用于夹芯板。
彩板选用检查：安装屋面板和墙板前，应先对比彩板的外观、尺寸和色差。它必须符合房间要求，彩涂板表面应平整、无污染、有裂纹和划痕。插座应平直，上下均匀，不得有翘曲现象。

彩涂板施工单位会同监理公司及甲方、土建方对水泥地面进行检查，确保地面符合找平要求，预埋管线位置正确。特别要注意彩板墙与民用墙的结合，民用墙的垂直度，室内柱梁表面处理的平整度，检查无误后，净化室线路应布置定位。

Uses of different coating structures for color coated sheets:

The back paint has good corrosion resistance, scratch resistance and processing formability. It has good cohesiveness and is suitable for single-layer profiled and sandwich panels.
Double-layer back paint has good corrosion resistance, scratch resistance and processing formability. Most of it is used for single-layer profiled sheet, but its adhesion is not good, so it is not suitable for sandwich panel.
Inspection of choosing color coated board: Before installing the roof and wall panels, the appearance, size and color difference of the color coated board should be compared first. It must meet the room requirements, the surface of the color coated board should be flat, pollution-free, cracks and scratches. The socket should be straight, the top and bottom are uniform, and no warping phenomenon should be installed.
In conjunction with the supervision company and Party A and the civil construction party, the cement floor is inspected to ensure that the ground meets the requirements of leveling and the position of the pre-buried pipeline is correct. Particular attention should be paid to the combination of the color-coated panel wall and the civil wall, the verticality of the civil wall, the smoothness of the surface treatment of the column and beam in the room, and after the inspection is correct, the line of the purification room should be laid out and positioned.
