使用一段时间后，由于各种环境因素的影响，彩涂板的涂装性能和使用寿命都会降低，需要重新涂装。重涂涂料的基本要求是与原涂料有一定的附着力和较好的耐久性。根据使用环境，可分为三类：

2。在自然环境中使用具有一定的耐腐蚀性和外观效果。例如：户外活动板房。

三。在某些恶劣环境中使用时，要求有一定的防腐期
室内选用硝基磁漆，化工厂选用氯化橡胶面漆，室外选用丙烯酸聚氨酯面漆和氟碳面漆。聚酯彩涂板表面可根据环境和用户需要选择合适的涂层，以延长彩涂板的使用寿命。

以上四点是彩涂板的性能。一旦在使用中出现这样的现象，我们就会知道产品有问题，所以我们需要找出泄漏的原因并解决问题。如不及时处理漏涂现象，将导致板底面状况恶化。后期，由于防护层不足，可能会造成钢板腐蚀，应及时检查钢板是否漏涂，发现后及时处理。

1. The top coat is damaged and the primer is applied normally.
2. After the coating is removed, the surface of the steel plate is exposed to iron, which is characterized by discrete distribution.
3. The surface of the substrate is attached with iron oxide scale, which can not be completely removed by pre cleaning, forming fine cracks on the surface.
4. There are nonmetallic inclusions on the surface of the substrate, which affect the continuity and thickness of the coating
The above four points are the performance of the color coated plate. Once such a phenomenon occurs in use, we will know that there is a problem with the product, so we need to find out the causes of the leakage and solve the problem. If the phenomenon of missing coating is not handled in time, it will lead to the worse condition of the base surface of the plate. In the later stage, the plate may be corroded due to the inadequate protective layer, so we should check whether the plate has missing coating in time, and handle it in time once it is found.
