A机械设备
　　(1)各润滑部位已加注规定型号的润滑油或润滑脂
　　(2)辊轴转动正常，轴承工作时无异声
　　(3)螺旋升降、摆动、滑移装置动作正常，铰链支点动作灵活;
　　(4)钢辊、胶辊辊面平滑，无划痕。用不起毛的无纺布蘸适量的稀释剂，仔细均匀地擦拭涂敷辊和沾料辊辊面。
　　(5)电机启动后无异常，齿轮箱无异声。
　　B液压、气动系统
　　(1)液压站油液液位在油箱2/3处;
　　(2)各泵体处于良好的工作准备状态;
　　(3)各管道阀门闭合，电磁阀动作灵敏，管道通畅，有些备用油泵的管路上的手动阀要关闭;
　　(4)油泵电机已送电;
　　(5)在北方寒冷地区，液压系统启动前还必须对油箱的油液进行加热，以防油温过低导致油液黏度升高，使油泵无法打油而损坏泵体和电机;
　　(6)气缸动作准确，电磁阀、气动三联体功能正常，认真检查各汽管、汽阀是否泄漏。
　　C热工系统
　　(1)排烟风机正常运行。
　　(2)炉体各区的补新风管道和排废气管道上的调节阀门已打开到设定位置;
　　(3)焚烧炉燃烧机正常燃烧，风机正常送风，温度达到预设值;
　　(4)化涂固化炉燃烧机正常燃烧，风机正常送风，温度达到预设值;
　　(5)初涂固化炉燃烧机正常燃烧，风机正常送风，温度达到预设值;
　　(6)精涂固化炉燃烧机正常燃烧，风机正常送风，温度达到预设值
　　(7)根据生产规格调节热风进口阀门的开口度。

ydraulic and pneumatic system
(1) the oil level of the hydraulic station is 2 / 3 of the oil tank;
(2) each pump body is in good working preparation state;
(3) each pipeline valve is closed, the solenoid valve acts sensitively, and the pipeline is unobstructed. The manual valve on the pipeline of some standby oil pumps should be closed;
(4) the oil pump motor has been powered on;
(5) in the cold area of North China, the oil in the oil tank must be heated before the hydraulic system is started to prevent the oil viscosity from rising due to the low oil temperature, so that the pump body and motor can not be damaged due to the failure of oil pumping.
(6) the action of the cylinder is accurate, the function of the solenoid valve and the pneumatic triple is normal, and the leakage of each steam pipe and valve shall be checked carefully.
C thermal system
(1) the smoke exhaust fan operates normally.
(2) the regulating valves on the fresh air supply pipes and exhaust gas pipes in each area of the furnace body have been opened to the set position;
(3) the incinerator combustor burns normally, the fan supplies air normally, and the temperature reaches the preset value;
(4) the combustion machine of the chemical coating curing furnace burns normally, the fan supplies air normally, and the temperature reaches the preset value;
(5) the combustion machine of the initial coating curing furnace burns normally, and the fan supplies air normally, and the temperature reaches the preset value;
(6) the combustion machine of the fine coating curing furnace burns normally, the fan supplies air normally, and the temperature reaches the preset value.
(7) adjust the opening of the hot air inlet valve according to the production specifications.
