彩涂板涂层厚度结果影响因素的分析

彩涂板涂层厚度是彩色涂布板成品检验的一项重要指标。它直接影响彩色涂布板的其他性能。其精度不仅影响彩色涂布板的质量，而且还影响到生产成本。

冷彩涂板涂层厚度轧彩色涂料生产线预估涂料用量，生产职能部门根据预估用量储备涂料并安排生产计划。但在实际生产中，涂层的真实用量是由试验室通过测试涂层厚度的结果来确定的。目前冷轧厂彩色涂料生产线预估油漆量与实际油漆量存在较大差异。本文在大量测试数据的基础上，对彩色涂布板的基材、钝化膜的重量和检测方法进行了分析，为提高彩色涂布板厚度检测结果的准确性提供了依据。
彩涂板涂层厚度GB/T12754-2006彩色涂层钢板和带和GB/T13448-2006彩色涂层钢板和带的标准试验方法GB/T13448-2006规定的四种彩色镀膜板涂层厚度的测量方法有磁测厚仪、千分尺、钻孔破坏显微镜和金相显微镜。本实验主要采用国内钢厂常用的前三种方法。

Standard test Methods for GB/T12754-2006 Colour coated Steel Plates and Bands and GB/T13448-2006 Colour coated Steel plates and bands. The methods for measuring the coating thickness of the four colored coating plates specified in GB/T13448-2006 are magnetic thickness meter, micrometer, borehole destructive microscope and metallographic microscope. This experiment mainly adopts the first three methods commonly used in domestic steel mills.
