彩涂板钢带涂层前的质量控制主要是整个表面处理过程中的控制，也就是脱脂段及化成段的控制，表面处理(脱脂及化成)的工作质量决定着涂装质量的好坏，并直接影响彩涂板涂层的柔韧性能、耐冲击性能等物理指标，也决定了 彩涂板产品的涂层附着性。因此，彩涂板涂层前的质量控制是保证整个彩涂板涂层工艺的第一步，也是保证 彩涂板产品质量的基础。

(1)脱脂段。脱脂段主要控制碱度、温度、喷淋压力、喷嘴喷射情况、刷洗辊的摩擦效果和去离子水的电导率等。

(2)化成段。化成段主要控制化学辊涂机的辊子压力、化学液的浓度、彩涂板化学涂层的湿膜厚度和膜层的外观颜色、烘干炉的烘干温度和热风循环量等。

彩涂板化学液膜层的检查方法:膜层外观应为结晶致密、连续均匀的浅灰到深灰色膜。允许出现下述缺陷:轻微的水迹，铬酸盐痕迹，轻微挂灰现象。膜层如果出现泛黄生锈，膜层疏松或露底局部无膜，严重挂灰等现象均为不允许缺陷。

(1) Degreasing section. The degreasing section mainly controls alkalinity, temperature, spray pressure, nozzle injection, friction effect of scrubbing roll and conductivity of deionized water.


(2) Segmentation. The formation section mainly controls the roll pressure of the chemical roller coating machine, the concentration of the chemical solution, the wet film thickness of the chemical coating, the appearance color of the film, the drying temperature of the drying furnace and the hot air circulation, etc.


Checking method of chemical liquid film: The appearance of film should be from light grey to dark grey film with dense crystallization and continuous uniformity. The following defects are allowed: slight water marks, chromate marks and slight ash hanging. If there is yellowing and rusting in the film, the film is loose or there is no film on the exposed bottom, and serious ash hanging is not allowed.
