 涂镀层板带表面美观，加工性能好，应用广泛，本文对1550mm彩涂卷生产线中的重要设备———卷取机进行设计分析、探讨。彩涂生产线所用原料通常为镀锌钢卷，钢卷经小车送入入口段，完成带钢的开卷、剪切、焊接、去毛刺及带钢的活套存储;随后带钢进入预处理段，对带钢进行表面清洁及铬化处理，提高涂层附着性;经过预处理的带钢进入涂层、烘烤阶段，在此首先为带钢涂一层附着性良好的面漆，经过烘烤再涂一层耐候性好的底漆，继续烘烤即可得到表面美观、质地均匀的彩色涂层带钢;在涂层带钢的出口段，经活套存储与带钢的表面质量检查，并使用卷取机将带钢绕制成卷，打捆入库。
主要功能:
      ①在较大的张力作用下高速连续卷取成品彩涂钢带;
      ②能在大卷重卷及径向压力下缩径卸卷;
      ③保证在紧密卷取状态下带钢高的表面质量及其尺寸精度;
      辅助功能:
      ①卷筒具有液压胀缩功能，便于卸卷;
      ②配备光电控制液压伺服纠偏控制装置，防止带钢卷取过程跑偏，使被卷钢带边缘保持整齐。

The raw materials used in the color coating production line are usually galvanized steel coils, which are sent to the entrance section through the trolley to complete uncoiling, shearing, welding, deburring and looper storage of the strip steel; then the strip steel enters the pretreatment section to carry out surface cleaning and chrome treatment of the strip steel to improve the adhesion of the coating; After pretreatment, the strip steel enters the coating and baking stage. First, a layer of top coat with good adhesion is applied to the strip steel, then a layer of primer with good weather resistance is applied after baking, and then the color coated strip steel with beautiful surface and uniform texture can be obtained after baking; At the exit section of coated steel strip, the looper storage and the surface quality inspection of steel strip are carried out, and the steel strip is wound into a coil by a coiler, and then bundled for storage.

Main functions:

① High speed continuous coiling of finished color coated steel strip under large tension;

② Capable of reducing and unloading under large volume rewinding and radial pressure;

③ Ensure the high surface quality and dimensional accuracy of the strip in the tight coiling state;

Auxiliary functions:

① The drum has the function of hydraulic expansion and contraction, which is easy to unload;

② Equipped with photoelectric control hydraulic servo deviation correction control device, to prevent the deviation of strip coiling process and keep the edge of the rolled strip neat.
