镀锌彩钢板弧焊电源有两种:直流电源和交流电源;焊带有两种:酸性焊带和碱性焊带。酸性焊条适用于两种电流,但碱性焊条只能用直流电焊接。手工电弧焊的优点也很明显,如操作方便、机械简单、方式多样、适用于多种焊接材料等。但其缺点也比较突出:工作效率较低,需要较大的劳动强度,不适合大规模生产作业
