如何进行彩涂设备的备品备件管理?

在彩涂板设备维修工作中，为了恢复设备的性能和精度，保证加工产品的质量，用新制的或修复的零件来更换已磨损或老化了的机器旧件，通常把这些新制的或修复的替换零件称为配件。为了缩短设备修理的停歌时间，使故障损失减少到最低限度，就需要在备件库内预先储备一定数量的配件，通常把这种配件称为备件。

彩涂板设备的备件管理是指备件的计划、生产、订货、供应、储备的组织与调配。彩涂板要搞好这项工作，设备管理员首先要清楚彩涂线的工艺和生产流程，才能确定机组中哪些是备件，线上各种备件应如何分类和如何储存。
 A备件的确定
备件应与设备、低值易耗品、材料、工具等区分开来。但是，少数物品难于准确划分，各企业的划分范围也不相同，只能在方便管理和领用的前提下，根据企业的实际情况确定。所以，备件的确定要区别情况，具体分析。彩涂机组的备件可参照下列原则确定:
(1)所有外购零件，如滚动轴承、电器、皮带、链条、油封等，可列为备件。属于低值易耗品的标准紧固件如螺栓螺母等，不应列人。
(2)消耗量大的易损零件列为备件。但有些易损零件，容易加工，可不列为备件。(3)对容易损坏而且制造周期长、工序多、加工复杂、需要铸锻毛坯的零件，列为备件。
(4)经常受冲击，容易损坏的零件，如缝合机的模具等。
(5)机型相同，台数较多的设备，其零件应列为备件，并应视其使用情况的要求，可多选择一定的品种的备件。如聚氨酯涂敷辊、橡胶转向辊、挤水辊等。
(6)箱内的部分零件，如变速箱的齿轮、轴、拨叉等，应根据传动情况，列为备件。

(7)起保持设备精度作用的主要运动零件，如主轴、轴瓦、丝杆、七级精度以上的齿轮、蜗轮副，空压机的曲轴、活塞、锤杆、钻杆等，列为备件。

(1) All purchased parts, such as rolling bearings, electrical appliances, belts, chains, oil seals, etc., can be listed as spare parts. Standard fasteners, such as bolts and nuts, belonging to low value consumables, shall not be listed.

(2) Vulnerable parts with large consumption are listed as spare parts. However, some vulnerable parts, which are easy to process, can not be listed as spare parts. (3) The parts which are easy to be damaged, have long manufacturing cycle, many processes, complex processing and need casting and forging blanks are listed as spare parts.

(4) Frequently impacted and easily damaged parts, such as sewing machine mold, etc.

(5) For the equipment with the same model and a large number of sets, its parts should be listed as spare parts, and a certain variety of spare parts can be selected according to the requirements of its use. Such as polyurethane coating roller, rubber steering roller, squeezing roller, etc.

(6) Some parts of the gearbox, such as gears, shafts and forks, should be listed as spare parts according to the transmission situation.

(7) The main moving parts, such as main shaft, bearing bush, screw rod, gear and worm gear pair with grade 7 accuracy or above, crankshaft, piston, hammer rod and drill pipe of air compressor, are listed as spare parts.
