上海宝钢彩涂涂层结构的用途

宝钢股份全称宝山钢铁股份有限公司，是宝钢集团全资子公司。1989年宝钢生产出卷彩钢板，20多年来已经生产出了600多万吨彩涂板，广泛应用于国内外各重点行业、重点工程。为了更好的跟踪和了解宝钢彩涂板的使用状况，2011年我们对有条件回访的近百个工程进行了检测，从现场拍摄的效果来看，目前这些工程使用情况非常良好，得到了广大用户的肯定。

    涂层结构类型
2/1：上表面涂二次，下表面涂一次，烘烤二次。
2/1M:上下表面各涂二次，烘烤一次。
2/2：上下表面各涂二次，烘烤二次。
v不同涂层结构的用途：
2/1： 单层背面漆的耐蚀性，抗划伤性较差，但具有良好的粘结性，主要应用于夹芯板；
2/1M：背面漆的耐蚀性，抗划伤性和加工成型性较好，具有良好的粘结性，适用与单层压型板和夹芯板。
2/2： 双层背面漆的耐蚀性，抗划伤性和加工成型性较好，多数用于单层压型板，但其粘结性不良，不宜用于夹芯板。
 涂层颜色的选择
对颜色的选择主要是考虑与周围环境的匹配和业主的爱好，但从使用技术角度讲浅颜色涂料的颜料选择余地大，可选择耐久性优越的无机涂料（如钛白粉等），而且涂料的热反射能力强（反射系数达到深色涂料的一倍）夏季涂层本身的温度相对就低，这对涂层寿命延长是有益的。另外，即使涂层变色或粉化，浅颜色涂膜变化后与原颜色的反差小，对外观的影响就不大。而深颜色（尤其是比较鲜艳的颜色）采用有机颜色的居多，遇紫外线照射容易褪色，短的3个月就变颜色。 
    相关试验资料表明，在夏季中午外界温度顶峰时，白色表面比蓝色表面温度低10度，比黑色表面低19度。不同颜色对太阳光的反射能力是不同的。下表列出不同颜色的反射能力

Baosteel Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Baosteel Group. In 1989, Baosteel produced rolled color steel plates. Over 20 years, Baosteel has produced more than 6 million tons of color coated plates, which are widely used in key industries and projects at home and abroad. In order to better track and understand the use of Baosteel's color coated plates, in 2011, we inspected nearly 100 projects that had the conditions to return to visit. According to the effect of field shooting, the current use of these projects is very good, which has been affirmed by the majority of users.

Coating structure type

2 / 1: twice for upper surface, once for lower surface and twice for baking.

2 / 1m: coating the upper and lower surfaces twice, baking once.

2 / 2: coating the upper and lower surfaces twice, baking twice.

V Application of different coating structures:

2 / 1: the single-layer back paint has poor corrosion resistance and scratch resistance, but has good adhesion, which is mainly used in sandwich panel;

2 / 1m: the back paint has good corrosion resistance, scratch resistance and processing formability, and has good adhesion. It is suitable for single-layer profiled board and sandwich board.

2 / 2: the double-layer back paint has good corrosion resistance, scratch resistance and processing formability, most of which are used for single-layer profiled plate, but its poor adhesion is not suitable for sandwich plate.

Choice of coating color

The choice of color is mainly to consider the matching with the surrounding environment and the owner's hobbies. However, from the perspective of using technology, there is a large choice of light color paint. Inorganic paint (such as titanium dioxide) with superior durability can be selected. Moreover, the thermal reflection ability of the paint is strong (the number of reflection system is twice that of dark paint). In summer, the temperature of the coating itself is relatively low, which has a long life of the coating Prolongation is beneficial. In addition, even if the coating is discolored or powdered, the contrast between the light color coating and the original color is small, and the effect on the appearance is not significant. However, most of the dark colors (especially the more bright colors) adopt organic colors, which are easy to fade when exposed to ultraviolet light, and change color in a short period of 3 months.

The results show that the temperature of white surface is 10 ℃ lower than that of blue surface and 19 ℃ lower than that of black surface at noon in summer. The reflection ability of different colors to sunlight is different. The following table lists the reflection capabilities of different colors
