近日，宝钢股份召开安全工作会议，贯彻落实《中共中央、国务院关于推进安全生产领域改革发展的意见》，深刻分析当前安全工作的得失，明确了下一阶段的重点工作。会议要求，广大干部职工特别是各单位党政领导要高度重视安全工作，牢固树立安全发展观，牢牢抓好重点工作落实，切实提高安全工作水平。宝钢股份有限公司总经理、党委副书记邹继新，党委副书记朱俊生出席会议。宝钢股份有限公司副总经理（执行）朱双杰主持会议。

宝钢股份安全保卫部解读了《意见》的起草背景、核心内容和实施要点，通报了上半年安全工作情况，展示了安全生产月、武钢安全研究、各基地专项标杆改进等专项工作的推进情况，安排下阶段重点安全工作。运行改革部每季度通报一次标准化运行推进情况，通报基础管理进展情况、存在问题和优秀案例。武汉钢铁股份有限公司、湛江钢铁股份有限公司、眉山钢铁股份有限公司开展安全专项工作交流。宝钢热轧厂和冷轧厂均附有安全案例。
朱俊生指出，安全工作需要持续关注。推进安全管理，要从加强基层基础管理入手，重点是管理者深入现场发现问题。二要及时落实整改，巩固制度；三，要充分利用“互联网+”和信息技术，促进规范化运作。各单位要从已有案例中吸取教训，因势利导，认真整改，推动安全工作稳步改进。
邹继新要求各级管理人员牢固树立安全发展理念和红线意识，认真贯彻党中央、国务院关于安全生产的要求，启动实施各级安全生产大检查，在监督、专项、抓好的基础上，抓好汛期和下半年安全生产，为党的十九大胜利创造稳定的安全生产环境。同时，各级管理者要关注员工，为员工创造安全的生产环境，确保员工的人身安全和家庭幸福

The Security Department of Baosteel Co., Ltd. interpreted the drafting background, core contents and implementation points of the opinions, reported the safety work in the first half of the year, showed the promotion of special work such as safety production month, safety research of WISCO, special benchmarking improvement of each base, and arranged the key safety work in the next phase. The operation and Reform Department reported the quarterly promotion of standardized operation and shared the progress, existing problems and excellent cases of basic management. Wuhan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., Zhanjiang iron and Steel Co., Ltd. and Meishan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. conducted special work exchanges on safety. The hot rolling plant and cold rolling plant of Baosteel are shown with safety cases.
Zhu Junsheng pointed out that the safety work needs constant attention. To promote safety management, we should start with strengthening the basic management of the grass-roots level, with the emphasis on managers' in-depth finding problems at the scene. Two, we must promptly implement the rectification and consolidate them in the system; three, we must make full use of the "Internet plus" and information technology to promote standardized operation. All units should learn from the existing cases, draw lessons from each other according to their own situations, seriously rectify and promote the steady improvement of safety work.
Zou Jixin requires managers at all levels to firmly establish the concept of safety development and red line awareness, conscientiously implement the requirements of the Party Central Committee and the State Council for safety production, launch and implement the major inspection of safety production at all levels, work hard on the basis of supervision, special projects and grasp, do a good job in safety production in flood season and the second half of the year, and create stable safety for the victory of the 19th National Congress of the party Production environment.
