镀锌、镀铝、锌铝镁镀层的比较
1.锌涂层和锌含量大于99%的金属涂层属于经济型防腐涂层。镀锌钢板可分为带锌花和不带锌花，其耐腐蚀性大致相同。如果以后需要喷漆，没有锌花的产品会更美观，而锌层较厚的产品通常以花为主（例如锌层重量为275g/m2）。
2.铝锌镀层是铝含量为55%，锌含量为43.5%，残余成分为硅的合金金属，一般铝锌镀层的耐蚀性是同等重量锌镀层的2~6倍。由于生产工艺的改进，渗铝锌钢卷表面可产生美观、均匀的锌花，可直接用于建筑物和家用电器的外用。然而，铝锌镀层也有一些缺点。首先，铝锌镀层的焊接性能比锌镀层差，在使用中必须尽量减少焊接工艺。另一方面，钢板上铝锌镀层的缺口保护性远低于镀锌，尤其是锌铝镁镀层。

1 . Zinc coating and metal coating with zinc content of more than 99% belong to economic anti-corrosion coating. It has very good protection against the notch of steel plates, and the welding performance is equivalent to that of galvanized steel plates. At present, zinc aluminum magnesium steel plates have been directly applied in the market. The zinc aluminum magnesium color steel plates applied as color coated substrates are also mass produced and widely used by Baosteel. The zinc aluminum magnesium steel plates used directly belong to high aluminum zinc aluminum magnesium, and the zinc aluminum magnesium steel plates used as color coated substrates belong to low aluminum zinc aluminum magnesium. With the improvement of material requirements in construction and various industries, zinc aluminum magnesium coated steel plate may replace aluminum zinc plated steel plate in the market.
