原材料价格正在上涨，铝材料行业加速“洗牌”

根据市场监管局提供的数据，目前我国市场铝价已超过1.8万元/吨。要知道，两年前铝价还不到1.3万元，这使得今年大量从事铝加工的供应商不得不停产转行，寻求生存机会。但事实上，这并不意味着所有从事铝加工的企业都没有利润空间。比如铝加工龙头企业的上游电解铝机组，通过他们庞大的人际关系，仍然可以拿到1.3万吨的原材料价格。这样，他们每吨的利润空间就可以超过4000元。
然而，那些资金实力相对较弱的中小型铝加工企业却苦不堪言。每吨原料1.8万元，他们已经很不愿意基本上让企业不亏损，更不愿意创造利润空间。不少下游企业已暂停对外订单，铝加工业的“洗牌”速度似乎在加快。

Many downstream enterprises have suspended external orders, and the "reshuffle" speed of the aluminum processing industry seems to be accelerating.
In fact, covid-19, the traditional Chinese manufacturing industry began to shrink dramatically since the spread of the new crown disease last year. The news of the rise in the prices of household appliances led by GREE and the United States was also heard earlier. The explanation given by GREE spokesman was that the prices of raw materials were rising, and the logistics costs during the epidemic period were also rising. That's why there is a general upward trend in the prices of household appliances. Although the aluminum processing industry is not very sensitive to the cost of logistics, the rising price of raw materials is indeed the most important factor affecting its profits. If we can not get cheap aluminum resources, the processing activities that enterprises are carrying out will be meaningless.
The aluminum industry is not monolithic. If the price of aluminum products is raised because of the rise in the price of raw materials, it will soon be squeezed out of the market share by those low-cost peers. There is no way to do this. Therefore, many enterprises have been fighting the slogan of cost control to reverse the profit model of enterprises, but now this road is not so easy. Most of the raw material suppliers who provide low prices are controlled by some large aluminum processing enterprises, and they will not cooperate with these small enterprises. If these enterprises in the middle and lower reaches want to get goods, they should at least pay 2000 more per ton, which is still a source of high-quality goods. Some enterprises get goods at a price more than 4000 higher than large enterprises. In this way, their profit margin is directly cut to the minimum, and they even have no profit to make. Many enterprises have been busy for more than half a year. As a result, when they look back, the operating profit of the whole year is actually in a state of loss. This makes them unable to continue to maintain their current business. They can only issue a notice that the enterprises will suspend their foreign business contacts. On the one hand, they are avoiding the tit for tat of the current "reshuffle" of the industry. On the other hand, they are rushing to find high-quality goods. On the other hand, those enterprises in the leading position in the aluminum products processing industry naturally sit at home and wait to collect money. Different from those small and medium-sized enterprises, the resources they have in their hands are beyond the reach of other enterprises. Even the raw material suppliers have to choose from three suppliers to choose the best source of goods. In addition to the low price of goods, the anti risk funds in their hands are also beyond the reach of small enterprises, which makes them become the makers of industry rules in this "big reshuffle", while other enterprises can only passively accept or be eliminated.
