形态：涂层表面可见大小图案，有时突出，有时平坦，有时非常明亮，有时灰色（模糊）
形成原因：
-它与钢板的温度有关
-基材不良
-与锌池中铅含量有关
-原版表面有一些杂质
-锌浴中铝含量过低，合金层过厚，表面无光亮氧化铝（Al2O3）
-控制不当
注：锑（sb）可提高表面涂层的亮度
对策：
a） 采购原材料时要注意硅、磷的含量
Si:0.04–1.2%且≥0.30%
应避免（Si+2.5×P）≥0.35%，以防止合金层过厚，产生深色表面涂层
b） 锌浴中铅的含量最好控制在0.09-0.13%。
小于0.09%不易形成锌片；大于0.20%易产生“黑变”和“白锈”
c） 适当提高锌浴温度，以延长凝固时间，促进锌坯的生长
d） 钢板进入炉区后，应清除钢板表面的异物
e） 增加铝含量（0.18–0.24%）
f） 控制sb%<0.04%及大于0.05%时，易产生“穗状锌花”

Cause of formation:
-It is related to the temperature of steel plate
-Poor substrate material
-It is related to the Pb content in zinc pool
-There are a few impurities on the surface of the original plate
-The alloy layer is too thick and there is no bright alumina (Al2O3) on the surface due to too low Al% in zinc bath
-Improper control of sb%
Note: Antimony (sb) can increase the brightness of the surface coating
Countermeasures:
a) Pay attention to the content of Si and P when purchasing raw materials
Si: 0.04 – 1.2% and ≥ 0.30%
(Si + 2.5 × P) ≥ 0.35% should be avoided to prevent the alloy layer from being too thick and producing dark surface coating
b) It is better to control Pb% in zinc bath at 0.09 – 0.13%.
If it is less than 0.09%, it is not easy to form zinc flakes; if it is more than 0.20%, it is easy to produce "black change" and "white rust"
c) Increase the temperature of zinc bath properly to increase the solidification time and promote the growth of zinc bloom
d) The foreign matters on the surface of steel plate should be cleaned after entering the furnace area
e) Increase Al content (0.18 – 0.24%)
f) Controlling sb% < 0.04% and more than 0.05% is easy to produce "spike like zinc flowers"
