压型彩钢板是指以彩涂板或镀锌钢板为原材料，通过滚弯冷弯成型的建筑围护板。
基底和涂层：
彩涂板的各项指标应符合GB/T12754的规定。施工用彩钢板的厚度包括两部分：底板和涂层。底板厚度为0.38 mm至1.2 mm。底板材料为热镀锌钢板。必要时，可用铝和锌进行镀锌。镀锌层双面质量不应低于180 g/m2。涂层通常是两层，一层是环氧树脂底漆，另一层是树脂。面漆，涂层厚度不小于25亩。还可根据设计要求选用硅改性聚酯、丙烯酸树脂或PVF2涂料。
彩色压型钢板常用钢板厚度为0.5-1.0 mm。
彩色钢板压制长度
根据吊装条件，施工现场轧制的彩色压型钢板，应尽量采用长规格钢板，以减少纵向接缝，防止渗漏。一般情况下，由于运输限制，工厂轧制的彩色压型钢板的长度应在12米以内。
彩涂板的质量要求和允许尺寸公差应符合《压型金属板设计与施工规范》（YBJ216-88）的要求。

彩涂板压制连接方式
用连接件或紧固件固定在桁条或墙梁上。
压型彩钢板纵向连接
压型彩钢板的纵向重叠应位于檩条或墙梁处，且两块钢板应延伸至支撑构件。高波屋面板的搭接长度为350mm，坡度小于10%的低波屋面板为250mm，坡度大于10%的低波屋面板为200mm，墙板为120mm。当屋顶重叠时，应在板接缝之间安装密封剂带。

压型彩钢板横向搭接方向应与主导风向一致，搭接方向不应小于一个波浪。重叠部分有较长的密封带。

The quality requirement and allowable dimension tolerance of the moulded coloured steel sheet should conform to the requirements of the Code for Design and Construction of Pressed Metal Plate (YBJ216-88).

Longitudinal Connection of Pressed Colored Steel Plate
The longitudinal overlap of profiled coloured steel plate shall be located at purlin or wall beam, and both plates shall extend to supporting members. The lapping length is 350 mm for high wave roof panel, 250 mm for low wave roof panel whose slope is less than 10%, 200 mm for low wave roof panel whose slope is more than 10%, and 120 mm for wallboard. When the roof is lapped, the sealant tape should be installed between the slab joints.
Cross Connection of Pressed Colored Steel Plate
The transverse lapping direction of profiled color steel plate should be consistent with the dominant wind direction, and the lapping direction should be no less than one wave. The overlap part is provided with long sealing tape.
