压型钢板质量检验项目检验内容及所需检验数量的检验方法：压型钢板成型部位不得有裂纹，抽查连接件数量的5%，观察检验不少于10件。
压型钢板成型后，涂层和涂层不得有肉眼可见的裂纹、剥落、划伤等缺陷。
压型钢板成型后，板面应平直，无明显翘曲；板面应清洁，无油污、明显划痕、凿痕等；切口应平直，切口表面应平整，板面边缘应无明显的棱角、凹凸和波形，也不会有皱纹。
压型钢板尺寸允许偏差应符合要求，并用拉线、钢尺、角尺检查。压型钢板尺寸允许偏差单位为mm。允许偏差波高2.5，覆盖宽度+10.0-2.0，板长+10.0，波距+2.0，测量弯曲度。
注：L1为实测长度，指板长两端扣除0.5m后的实际长度（小于10m）或扣除后的可选10m长度。当板形复杂或精度要求较高时，可针对单个工程制定相应的允许偏差

Note: L1 is the measured length, which refers to the actual length (less than 10m) after deducting 0.5m at both ends of the board length or the optional 10m length after deducting. When the plate shape is complex or the accuracy requirement is high, the corresponding allowable deviation can be formulated for single project
