一、弯曲性不良（T弯）
特点：

发生原因：

2、涂料中有异物混入引起。
3、前处理过程中水洗不良。
六、橘皮
特点：
已干燥的表面涂层象橘子皮一样粗糙，不均匀。
发生原因：
1、湿膜过厚。
2、涂料的黏度较高时。
