怎样评定彩涂板脱脂剂的性能

可以通过以下几项指标来评定性能。
(1)彩涂板清洗能力(重量法)。彩涂板脱脂剂的清洗能力是清洗剂的重要性能,目前检验脱脂剂的清洗能力的方法有多种,包括定性的检测有验油试纸法GB/T13312-91,钢带试件涂装前除油程度检验方法(验油试纸法),脱脂棉擦拭法,水膜法等。定量检测法包括重量法,荧光法,其中重量法是最方便和最简单的方法。
(2)彩涂板消泡性能。消泡性能试验主要是为了检查水基脱脂剂溶液的泡沫消除能力。试液按30gL或说明书规定配制,并预热至(30土2)℃,将试液倒入比色量筒中使液面距离塞下端面70mm,盖塞,在(30±2)℃下恒温10min取出,立即上下摇动1min,摇动距离为0.33m,频率约为100次/min。摇动完毕后,打开筒塞,在(30±2)℃温度下静置10min后观察泡沫高度。
(3)彩涂板乳化性能。乳化性能测定采用比色量筒装50mL脱脂剂及规定数量的4号拉延油,温度在55℃,以均匀的速度上下摇晃30次,距离为400mm,记录下工作液的状态有无分层现象。
(4)彩涂板漂洗性能。漂洗性能试验主要用于检査覆盖在钢带基板表面上的清洗剂残留物被水洗去的性能。将在清洗剂中清洗后的试片取出呈45°角放置到晾干为止,将晾干的试片全浸在蒸馏水中摆洗10次立即取出用热风机吹千试片。检查试片表面有无清洗剂的残留物,再在试片上滴一滴无水乙醇,乙醇自然挥发后再检查试片上有无白色残留物。
(5)对金属的腐蚀性能。对金属的腐蚀性能试验是将试片全浸在一定温度的水基脱脂剂水溶液中,以试片失重和表面颜色的变化评定清洗剂对金属的腐蚀性能。
此外对脱脂剂的性能检测还有硬水稳定性能,高低温稳定性和单片和叠片防锈性能。
The performance can be evaluated by the following indicators.
(1) Cleaning capacity (gravimetric method). Cleaning ability of degreaser is an important performance of detergent. At present, there are many methods to test the cleaning ability of degreaser, including oil test paper method GB/T13312-91, oil test paper
method (oil test paper method), degreasing cotton wiping method, water film method, etc. Quantitative detection methods include gravimetric method and fluorescence method, among which gravimetric method is the most convenient and simple method.
(2) Defoaming property. Defoaming performance test is mainly to check the foam elimination ability of water based degreasing agent solution. The test solution is prepared according to 30gL or specifications and preheated to (30soil 2)C. The test solution
is poured into the colorimetric measuring cylinder to make the liquid level 70 mm away from the lower end face of the plug, and the plug is taken out at (30 + 2)C for 10 minutes at constant temperature. The test solution is shaken up and down for
1 minute immediately, the shaking distance is 0.33 m, and the frequency is about 100 times/min. After shaking, the cylinder plug is opened, and the height of the foam is observed at 10min (30 + 2) centigrade.
(3) Emulsifying properties. The emulsifying property was determined by using a colorimetric cylinder containing 50 mL degreaser and a specified amount of No. 4 drawing oil. The temperature was 55 C, and the working fluid was shaken up and down 30 times
at a uniform speed with a distance of 400 mm. The stratification of the working fluid was recorded.
(4) Rinsing performance. The rinsing performance test is mainly used to check the washability of cleaning agent residues on the surface of steel strip substrates. After cleaning in the detergent, the test pieces will be taken out at a 45 degree angle
and placed until drying. The dry test pieces will be immersed in distilled water and washed 10 times. The test pieces will be taken out immediately and blown 1000 pieces with a hot air blower. Check whether there is any residue of detergent on the
surface of the test piece, then drop a drop of absolute ethanol on the test piece, and then check whether there is white residue on the test piece after the ethanol evaporates naturally.
(5) Corrosion to metals. The corrosion performance test of metal is to immerse the specimen in water-based degreaser solution at a certain temperature, and evaluate the corrosion performance of the cleaning agent to metal by weight loss and surface color
change of the specimen.
In addition, the performance test of degreaser also includes hard water stability, high and low temperature stability, and anti-rust performance of monolithic and laminate.
