在彩涂板固化炉的操作过程中，应注意以下安全问题
　　(1)每次启动彩涂板固化炉前必须进行洗炉操作。

(4) If there is a sudden power failure in the production process, the burners in each heating area must automatically cut off the fuel supply, so that the burner can be extinguished.
(5) After the accident stops, if you want to start the furnace again, you must wash the furnace.
(6) If he ignition of the burner is unsuccessful, it must be purged for more than 2 minutes before ignition again.
(7) Fireworks are strictly prohibited in the furnace area and good ventilation is maintained.
(8) Operators should inspect the furnace area on a round trip. Once gas leakage and solvent-containing gas escape out of the furnace are found, the causes should be identified as soon as possible and timely treatment should be carried out. If the problem can not be solved effectively, temporary shutdown should be considered. At the same time, pay close attention to the lubricating oil level and cooling water temperature of bearing seat of high temperature fan. When oil level is low, timely refueling and cooling water temperature is increased. The reasons should be found out and solved quickly, and shutdown and maintenance should be considered when the problem can not be solved in time.
