正式喷涂作业前，应进行试喷。试喷时，先打开空压机，打开压缩空气开关，然后启动聚氨酯硬泡喷涂机料泵。

1. Spray hard foam polyurethane insulation material construction

Before the formal spraying operation, the trial spraying should be carried out. During the trial spraying, the air compressor should be turned on first, the compressed air switch should be turned on, and then the material pump of polyurethane hard foam spraying machine should be started.
Adjust the discharge pressure of black material and white material, set the temperature of conveying pipe and heating system according to the site construction environment and base temperature, and make appropriate adjustment according to the trial spraying situation.
The materials should be carefully injected into the black and white barrels for filtration. Check for leakage and blockage during material circulation.
Calibrate the flow of metering pump, debug the proportional pump according to the required proportion, and the proportion error is not more than 4%.
In the process of material circulation, the discharge flow should be carefully observed. When the flow rate of material liquid is uniform and continuous and the proportion of black and white material is normal, the trial spraying can be started.
During the construction, the minimum distance between the spray gun and the base is about 500mm, and the moving speed should be uniform. The spraying sequence gradually moves from the lower air outlet to the upper air outlet, and the construction personnel face the lower air outlet and move backward.
